Our family had lunch here before a show at the Music Hall a few blocks away. We were seated immediately. Our server was a bit soft spoken, but wad very attentive. The food was good. There are a nice variety of sandwiches and burgers available. The housemade ketchup and mustard are yummy.

I love coming here for some American cuisine! The atmosphere is inviting, the service is great, the food is fresh. No complaints here! •͈ᴗ•͈ we ordered cheese curds for the first time and for $11, I guess I was expecting more. I won’t be decreasing my 5 star rating but if I could, I’d give food a 4.5 stars. There weren’t many pieces of cheese curds and it was quite greasy. I could go to Culver’s for more pieces. For the price I was expecting a plate bigger than what we got. Besides that, everything else was expected and delicious! I don’t think I’ll be ordering cheese curds again…
I got the lavender lemonade that was alcoholic and boy… I have the taste of alcohol and I couldn’t taste anything in the drink but it gave me a good buzz for sure! The drink was delicious and overall just tasted like a delightful lemonade! I would get it again for sure! The drink was $14! I ordered a smash burger with tots for $16, amazing burger •͈ᴗ•͈

Overall———
Food: 4.5/5
Parking: 1/5 (it’s downtown KC, parking will never be good unless you pay for garage parking)

Wait time: 5/5 (no wait time on a Saturday night)
Drink Menu (alcoholic): 4/5
Food Selection: 5/5
Cleanliness: 5/5
Space: 4.5/5 (some tight spaces here n there)

Started with the cheese curds and got two smash burgers. Cheese curds were a delight, absolutely recommend. Burger was good, the patties weren’t totally smashpatties but that’s alright; the flavor was wonderful. The side of Mac n cheese was expensive & tasteless. You’ll be fine without sides for how much they cost. Total with tip for two ended up being $90. Take that as you will. Server was an absolute sweetheart.

Amazing staff – Delicious food – Reasonable Prices

We were seated immediately in a perfectly lit part of the restaurant to make the experience intimate. Our server Rachel was full of energy and great recommendations.

We enjoyed her recommended Pickle Fries and Hoss Burger, along with an S&P Burger. Our sides were the Regular Tots and Sweet Potato Fries – we loved the sauce with the tots.

While being a large open room, the sounds weren’t echoing and we were all able to talk comfortable at our own tables. With a mix of groups, pairs, and solos, this location can accommodate everyone.

Our first visit to BRGR Kitchen + Bar was a great experience and has us genuinely looking forward to the next one.
We arrived early so we could enjoy an unhurried meal before a nearby show, and the location could not have been better. It is easy to get to from the KC Streetcar, just steps from the Power & Light stop at Main and 14th Street. Inside, we were greeted warmly and our server promptly took our drink order, setting a relaxed and welcoming tone from the start.
We kicked things off with the Three Dips & Chips, which was perfect for sharing. Each dip tasted fresh made, full of flavor, and paired well with the chips. For mains, we each ordered a different burger and every one was cooked perfectly and absolutely delicious. The burgers are generously sized, making them easy to share or take home leftovers.
We also shared the Combo Side, which was more than enough for the three of us. To finish, we split a chocolate shake. It was on the smaller side for the price, but served in a stainless cup and impressively thick with a rich chocolate flavor that felt indulgent and satisfying.
As we wrapped up, the restaurant started to fill up, which felt like a good sign. Between the ideal location, friendly service, and consistently good food, it was a great meal and a strong first impression. We will definitely be back before another show.

The restaurant is located in downtown Kansas City, easy to access, and right at one of the tram stops. Plenty of seating in a spacious restaurant. The service was good, friendly staff, and taking the time to explain the burger variations. Prices are a bit on the higher end of the burger experience. The tots were a side extra, good portion. The burger and tots ended at $22. They have a great beer selection. The burger was well seasoned, cooked on point, good cheese quality, and the bun was very nice. I recommend the table sauce. Overall a solid 4.6 experience.

I had the blackened chicken sandwich and a beer. Sandwich was okay, it was seasoned and tasted fine, but it was far from blackened. The beer was cold and the pleasant bartender poured it in a chilled glass, which was nice. But it was overpriced as my bill with tip was $30. This is one chicken breast on a bun and a can of beer. No side either mind you. If you want to add fries add another $9. The place was clean and the staff was welcoming but the prices made me think I was at a Chiefs game.

We had a long wait for my wife’s cocktail, but when we inquired about the delay, the manager kindly informed us that our drink was complimentary and we would receive half-off on our dinner. The food was absolutely delicious, and the manager and server went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction with the service.

Had an excellent salmon burger there during a Big 12 tournament game going on. It was nice and juicy as well as packed with lots of flavor. This place is a luxury restaurant so be prepared to pay accordingly. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a premiere burger spot.

Tried this place for daughter’s last meal before leaving for military service because it was recommended. What a complete let down for her last meal. Food was sub-par. Chicken on Santa Fe salad was flavorless and cold. Burger swam in mustard but was dry. Atmosphere was fine. Slow day, not packed & service was minimal. We were able to flag down another waitress for our needs. Bloody Mary was underwhelming & quite flavorless. Pickle fries were so thin they didn’t even taste like pickles. Onion ring was impressive. But it wasn’t worth the $175 tab.
