A modern-industrial brewpub offering craft beer, pizza & salads in a chill, spacious setting.

The aesthetic here is fantastic — clean, modern, and well thought out — but the atmosphere falls flat. The space looks great, yet the energy from the staff doesn’t match the vibe; it just lacks that welcoming personality to pull everything together.
As for the food, New Haven–style pizza isn’t my personal favorite, but it was decent and definitely edible. The cut of the pizza was unusual — maybe that’s the New Haven way — but it felt odd to me. At nearly $30 a pie, it’s on the pricey side, though I’ll give credit where it’s due: the portion size was generous. The Caesar salad also missed the mark; it didn’t have the crisp, fresh hearts of romaine you’d expect from a quality salad.
Overall, it’s a great drinking spot with an impressive setup — just not somewhere I’d recommend for the food unless you’re going for more of a food truck–style experience. I don’t drink beer, and while I get that it’s a brewery, there were only two ciders on the menu — and the one I wanted wasn’t even available.
Would we return? Absolutely — just probably after dinner next time.

This is definitely a great spot. I have been coming here a while and each time I really appreciate it. The pizza is excellent. Definitely one of the top pizza in the area. Oh by the way – the beer list – not too shabby. The Amore Life indeed

I ordered the pizza special, which came out looking like it was made for a culinary magazine photo. The presentation was perfect, with fresh, colorful toppings and cooked to perfection. While I waited, I was greeted by the manager, Rich, and Chef Stefan, who each made me feel welcome and appreciated. I only have the in-house beers when I visit because I love how there are always creative new recipes to chose from, but also some historic ones that are faithfully brewed from recipes that may be more than 100 years old. Brewport is a standout for great beer, pizza, and first class service!

For years I’ve driven past Brewport and wondered what it was like, and today, we finally made it in! Cool industrial vibe with a simple menu of pizzas, salad, and drinks. Our server was super friendly and attentive, and we appreciated that she informed us the individual sized antipasto would be plenty for the four of us to share. Our pizzas arrived, and we were impressed at the thin, crispy crust with just the right amount of char. However, we all agreed that the sauce was pretty lacking in flavor, and we just really wanted more from it. They weren’t bad pizzas by any means, but they could’ve been excellent had they just been more flavorful. The toppings definitely helped, but if I were to come back, I probably wouldn’t order a standard cheese, or maybe I would add garlic on. Glad we finally checked it out and definitely a cool spot to hang out while in Bridgeport.

Nice spot in Bridgeport to grab a bite before you catch a show or a hockey game.
It’s first come first serve and it get VERY busy when there is an event at the amphitheatre or the arena.
When you are finally seated the food is on point. The pizza are great and come with interesting topings. They also have great salads and awesome craft beer.
For those who don’t drink, they also serve Athletic which is a nice plus.
The place gets very loud when it’s busy but the staff keeps moving and gets everyone served.
The prices are good and are very much in line with what you would expect to pay.
They also have a small lot where you can pay to leave your car of you don’t want to park at the arena.

The BrewPort is an excellent and truly unique restaurant. From the moment we walked in, we felt extremely welcomed by the owner, Jeff, starting with the very cool airbrushed entrance. This large, laid-back brewery was warm and inviting, with a pizza oven right in the center in bar area.
We were greeted by our very attentive and friendly server, Jose. His excellent recommendations and knowledge of the restaurant & brews made on the premises made choosing easy. We built our own pizza, which was not only delicious but also had very generous portions.
We were so happy with our experience that we shared it with Jose, who kindly mentioned it to Jeff. As spoke them both telling them sure to recommend and returning!

Got a large cheese pie half hot cherry peppers . To- go order on my way to ferry . Also bought a 6 pack Of the homemade brewed rootbeer . The place is awesome.
Staff extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Bartender gave great suggestions The pizza is paper thin , crispy and with a slight char , cut New Haven style. You might get a paper cut from the crispy crust.
Will go back as many times as possible. Please open one on the Port Jefferson side of the ferry. We have lousy Breweries and lousy pizza here . There’s even a large location available…pretty please?

As an allergy mom (and someone with food allergies myself), I was so happy that the team at Brewport was on top of our table. Our waitress made sure to note all of our allergies, and the manager came over to review them with us. There were so many different options available, and we felt secure the whole time with our pizzas. They were delicious, and I was able to relax and enjoy our night out. Thank you to their entire kitchen for being so allergy friendly, and the staff for being so kind and thorough.
