This place is horrible. I order through uber eats and apparently the workers don’t care about that. I received 3 mozzarella sticks out of 4 and one of them was messed up like someone squished it with there finger, I didn’t receive marinara sauce with them. When I opened the sandwich that was almost inedible and cold and I also didn’t receive my sauce that is supposed to come with the French Swiss. Like get your stuff together that’s why yal don’t make $15 an hour because you guys can’t make simple orders

I stop by this location today for a limited fish sandwich I come everytime while it’s in season honestly it’s better than McDonald’s fish sandwich. Unfortunately today not so much I was served a refried sandwich that so burnt it wasn’t edible at all ! The staff crew was understanding enough to remake my sandwich however this is unacceptable! You can physically see the difference in the sandwich’s. Guess I’m a fool for still keeping Arby’s in business?

My fault for ordering late I guess, but I’d rather my order get canceled then get food I didn’t order. Clearly order two chicken sliders, one buffalo one regular and get disgusting roast beef and cheddar cheese sandwiches instead that I can’t even eat. Next time just cancel my Uber Eats order.

So I ordered 3 of the Mac and cheese with steak bites. First of all you had to come out to my car and ask me for my name after asking me twice already! . Then when I get my food the Mac and cheese is in a hamburger boxes and in 2 bites it was gone. What the heck. And then the free burger I got there was so much cheese on it it was so inedible. I even tried to give it to a homeless person and they rejected it. Now that’s sad. Now this is the Arby’s on 34 n. And 5 st how does the store get off seeking 2 bites for $12. Rediculous. I tried calling the store and naturally always busy. I also wrote something about it on uber eats to let them know. Naturally no response so my next step is this because at least this way people will see this. And I bet I still won’t get anything.

Terrible location. A week ago I came through the drive through. I was handed a bag and left. 15 min later after I got home realized it was the complete wrong order. I should have checked and will from now on. Tonight I ordered in the app and paid. Once I got to the drive through I was informed they were out of half the things I ordered. Offered to replace with stuff I didnt want. Also unable to cancel the order in the app. Terrible location. I will NEVER be back. I strongly suggest you spend your money elsewhere. You lost a customer today. Permanently!! Take note of all the 1 star reviews here.

There’s something about Arby’s that just hits right… It isn’t the world’s best roast beef sandwich, but no matter where I am in the country, I know that I can get a solid sandwich that fills my need for red meat.
The service at this particular shop was extremely hospitable and friendly. The staff was great!
As for atmosphere, it’s an Arby’s… What more is there to say?

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS LOCATION!!!
The order always arrives incorrect (5 of 5 times in the past year). Requested sauce packets are always forgotten in addition to incorrect or missing food and drinks.
Today my potato cakes were left out, no sauce packets, and drink was incorrect.
After 5 fails, I’m done with Arby’s. No wonder most of the locations have closed.
You guys suck.

This place has delivered well below average the last 5 visits. Never once fresh hot fries. The sandwich’s bun I received was torn, and looked like the sandwich was made and packaged hours ago.

The people working there are nice and polite, however I don’t know what happened that the roastbeef sandwich was terrible, for the first time in my life I had to ask for a refund and just trash it, you can judge by the photos if that is an Arby’s roasted beef sandwich or a terrible Frankenstein sandwich, not only very bad presentation but the taste was nothing at all of what an Arby’s roasted beef sandwich tastes. Something needs to be fixed in that location, Arby’s customers doesn’t deserve that.
