Good food in a bar style atmosphere with friendly, attentive servers. One thing to be aware of, though, is that they add a credit card fee. Like many places, this extra charge feels a bit sneaky. You’re better off paying with cash to save a few dollars. It’s disappointing when businesses pass the cost of doing business directly onto customers. At this rate, a restaurant tab can start to feel like an electric bill, with extra charges piled on top of the food.

It has always been kind of dark in there for eating and the noise level makes it hard to sit and visit with anyone but all the TVs were turned on to sports, and they did have a good Soccer match going. The food was Ok, but a little on the pricy side for what it was. Took almost an hour to get our food (3 burgers with fries), but one of the waitress kept the drinks filled. At the end we got two bills for the same meal from two different waitresses. Guess they were just making sure we paid haha
Update to Owner reply: this was Friday, Jan 09. And yes, while it was lunch, it wasnt crazy busy like I’ve seen it in the past. Please don’t get me wrong, I eat there often enough, the food is good and the service has never been an issue, just not that round.

It’s kind of a cool little garage bar. Good bar food, the jalapeno popper shrimp, are awesome! The burgers were tasty. The pretzel bites were ok they didn’t have the cheese for them, so they could have been better with that. I still ate them, so not bad either way. Also, we took them all the way across town to eat at our hotel. So it was good 20 minutes later even.

Stopped in Brewgards with a group of seven for lunch. Placed an order for standard bar food — you know, burgers, fries, wings — nothing to write home about unless you’re warning people about aggressively average food. The cook looked like he just walked straight out of a prison kitchen shift, and I’m not talking Michelin-star prison.
Here’s the kicker: when I went to pay, I was told there’d be a 4% “credit card charge.” But instead of adding it as a separate line item like a normal human business, they just folded it into the food price like some shady garnish. And then — then — they expect you to tip 20% on the inflated total that already includes the mystery fee. So basically, you’re tipping on a surcharge for the privilege of paying with your own money. How is this lawful? If this is the Wild West, I just got held up at the register, and the bandits are wearing aprons.

Love Brewgards. We dine in often but we ordered takeout this time and it was great. We try to eat low carb and the steak and chicken salads are a great low carb and delicious choices! It is fast and easy to order online.

Used to like coming here for food and drinks. Now the prices are absolutely ridiculous. No one should be paying $17 to $19.50 for an average burger with different toppings and fries. I recommend cody craft /Wyo Dough. Better food and beer for lower prices. These new Brewgards owners are just too greedy, and it shows.

Service with a smile. These ladies know their crowd and have a great time doing their job. Good communication between them and everyone gets what they ordered. 8 bucks for some waffle fries but only 13 for a BLT and sweet fries. Plenty of local beers available tap or can. Overall a cool local watering hole.
