Who would know that the very best sandwich shop would be at the local mall. Seriously, you cannot make a bad choice here. Fresh and real, these sandwiches will satisfy any appetite! I got a roast beef, pressed on sourdough. It was rare and tender. My wife got the tuna salad on white. She equally agreed on the quality. And the price won’t break the bank. The two girls serving we a delight and ever so helpful!

We were very pleased with the experience. We stopped just to get coffee, and the young girl running the register was extremely polite and professional. She went out of her way to make sure that we had everything we needed. She clearly has been trained very well. The coffee was also good. Thanks for the great experience.

A nice addition to the mall and good coffee. I got a small latte and the only trouble that I had is I could not figure out my debit gift card my uncle gave me. So I had to switch to my own credit card. There is a nice seating area near by the cafe and it was very comfortable. It would be a good spot to meet up before either the escape room or before Fired Up which are both near by.

The sandwich was something I could have made at home and the customer service was awful…not just “eh” truly awful. $17 for a smaller sandwich, chips and a coke seems high however it’s the lack of any customer service that caused me to write this review. No thanks, no smile, no sign of any pride in their job. A man with a mustache was totally inconvenienced to do his job and the young woman working with him wasn’t much better! I was hoping this local business would succeed but after 2 visits I sadly won’t be going back.

I’m honestly writing this review because I’d love to see this local business succeed. I did enjoy the coffee that I’ve had here several times but the customer service was a bit lacking. During a previous experience, the barista seemed very unhappy to be there and never greeted or thanked me. That was back in April. Today, I stood at the order counter for about 4-5 minutes before being acknowledged….at all. I was the only person there and the employees were in the process of making sandwiches. I sincerely don’t mind waiting, but most food service industries will typically greet and let you know you’re on their radar. It was a bit odd and uncomfortable. I frequent coffee shops in Hendersonville weekly. I much prefer to support local businesses (rather than Starbucks). Anyway, I wish this company all the best but feel like a little customer service will go a long way to make this a roaring success.

I stopped in for lunch and ordered a basic build your own salad. The female employee was more than bothered that I wanted a salad and was unprofessional the entire process. When our food was ready she came to our table and slid the salad across the table to me, no words were spoken. I noticed I had not recd the ranch dressing so i went up to the counter and asked the male employee for salad dressing. With a roll of his eyes, he said “you didn’t ask for any dressing” Hmm, shouldn’t they have asked what type of dressing I wanted? If that’s not their policy to ask that, at least provide the dressing to the salad I paid $13.68 for a bit more pleasantly. They were more concerned with slipping out the mall door to smoke than to take care of customers. Will take my money and business where they appreciate their customers!
