Omg!! The food was out of this world!
Exceptional service at the bar with Nick S and amazing atmosphere! Nick was very knowledgeable about the menu and told us the best of the the best! – Bison burger with sweet potato fries, and the “fluff” was amazing!! Next was the crispy chicken sandwich, then lemon garlic shrimp linguine( available in Thursday), and finally the Korean BBQ tacos with chips and salsa. All the drinks were delicious and consistent in flavor throughout the meal!! Hungry for more!

The Brew is hands-down one of my favorite spots! The food is **always** amazing, and you can truly taste the difference with everything being made in-house. They have the *best homemade soups in town* — I’m never disappointed! Their specials are always creative and delicious, and the unique seasonal cocktail menu keeps things fun and fresh all year long.
The service is just as fantastic as the food. I’ve consistently had great experiences, from incredible meals to genuinely funny and welcoming conversations with the bartenders while dining. It’s the kind of place where you feel right at home.
I also love how easy it is to order online for takeout — and even then, everything is top-notch and comes with service with a smile.
Big shoutout to Allyson, Owen, Faith, Morgan, and Nick (and his fabulous hair!) for always making the experience memorable. You all are the best!

Stopped in for a Tuesday dinner after a long drive. Sat at the bar and Dave took great care of us!
Started with drinks. My first was a single bourbon that’s unique to MN (see pics). Second was a dirty Hendricks Martin, after watching a few cocktails being put together.
Tuesday is wing night. So we went with wings. They’re $4.50 per half-dozen of each flavor. They’re on the smaller side but that’s not a surprise given the price. I had Buffalo and General Tso. While I’ve never had a General Tso chicken wing, I would certainly order them again. Buffalo was Buffalo but the General was unique and delicious!
Sat at the bar and Dave took great care of us. He’s also quite the mixologist so don’t be shy when ordering if he’s behind the bar.

Came in Saturday night. I have to give a huge compliment to Mathew, a newer waiter. He made sure our experience was above and beyond. The food was amazing, his attitude and attention to us was amazing. Kept our drinks full and made sure we enjoyed our experience there. We thanked him many times but please thank him one more time for helping us have a great dinner.

What a treat to discover Brew Ales while visiting Perham! We were warmly greeted by staff immediately upon arrival. We chose to sit on the patio because it was a beautiful and quieter than indoors. It was a lovely, albeit very warm, day. We had a nice spot with an umbrella, the breeze was blowing and the Rhubard Mule hit the spot!
Our waitress Jasmin was so attentive! When we ordered we quickly and casually mentioned we were sharing the main course and she caught that. Because when she brought all our food she had the kitchen split our main entree (which was delicious!) on separate plates! I was very impressed with her enthusiasm and attentiveness on such a hot and humid day!
The main entree we shared was a pulled pork sandwich with a side of sweet potato fries. The side sauce with those fries was outstanding and so different than the typical ranch dressing. It was a sweet, creamy, maple flavor with a kick. A wonderful addition to try with sweet potato fries!
I also have to mention I noticed a staff named Matt assisting the patio table further down from us and he brought all the children at that table extra beverages with kids (without the customers requesting it) and I heard the family remark how thoughtful that was and how impressed THEY were with his thoughtfulness.
Thank you Brew Ales for not just making delicious food and drinks, but for hiring such top notch individuals who clearly care about their customers well beyond just serving them food. What a wonderful afternoon you made it for us!
