This Bojangles delivers exactly what you come for bold Southern flavor and satisfying comfort food. The fried chicken is usually hot, crispy, and well-seasoned, and the biscuits are a standout every time. Sides like mac & cheese, coleslaw, and fries are flavorful and filling.
Service can be a bit hit or miss depending on the time of day, especially in the drive-thru, but many staff members are friendly and genuinely helpful. Incredible experience for fast food. As a first timer, the staff was kind, patient, and informative. The men’s bathroom was clean. In terms of the food here is my breakdown:
Biscuits with blueberries and cream – I’d recommend if you need sweet pick me up. Warning – you will be in for a sugar crash
Chicken, Mac and Cheese, Biscuit – take it with a grain of salt, for making it quick as possible it’s fairly average.
Beans, fries chicken sandwiches combo – the beans were not great, fries were little bit rubbery, and the chicken sandwich is a little bit below Popeyes chicken.

i have been by 4 times in the past 2 weeks and every time i come by regardless if im placing an order at the drive thru or through the app. everytime i arrive i have been told they are not taking orders and sent away.

This franchise was clean, organized, and everyone was friendly. They treat guest like family and serve you delicious fresh food. Very polite and professional. I was informed of all deals and specials without even asking. The worker, staff worked together as a team to ensure that me and my family had the best experience. They have great communication skills. The manager is so amazing and nice and so down to earth. Did I talk about the food it was sooooooo good. The chicken was crispy and the crunch was everything, just right. Thank you so much! We will be back!!

Go to the drive thru and everything is fine until a person talks to you and they just come off rude and mad at the world just to tell you it’s a 12 minute wait on chicken… isn’t this a “chicken place”?

I am writing to express my profound disappointment regarding my recent experience at your Bojangles on 8/3/2025. As a loyal customer, I never anticipated encountering such an unprofessional and discouraging situation.
I arrived at the establishment before 9:30 PM, hoping to place an order for my family visiting from out of town. (Ready to spend around $200-$300) for a party of 20. To my dismay, the employees were already cleaning and preparing to close prior to the posted hours. I was informed that the grease was cold and that the flour and chicken had already been discarded for the night. Despite my willingness to accept any alternatives, I was told that there were no sides left and insufficient chicken to fulfill even a simple 20-piece order.
When I spoke with the manager, Rhonda, she indicated that she shuts down the kitchen after 9:30 PM, despite my presence in the lobby before that time. Her response was dismissive and rude, which was surprising as I had approached her respectfully and calmly. Rather than receiving assistance, her hostile demeanor made it apparent that my inquiries about the cutoff time were unwelcome.
Rhonda’s attitude throughout our interaction was unsettling. I felt as though I was being reprimanded for simply seeking clarification. I believe that customers deserve to be treated with respect and courtesy, and unfortunately, that was not my experience.
This incident has left a lasting negative impression on me, to the point that I feel compelled to advise others against visiting this location. I hope that you can address this matter seriously, as it reflects poorly on your company’s commitment to excellent customer service.

We ordered 3 meals, one with large drink and fry. Waited 15 minutes for the chicken to be lukewarm and hard like it was fried and refried. We did not receive the large fry or the 2 extra sauces we ordered. Instead of offering to fix the issue, the manager argued with us… saying she watched them drop the chicken. Never addressed the missing fry or sauces. Will never return to this location.
