Off the phone with my mother I’m visiting from out of town we got a pizza delivered it was supposed to be cheese and pepperoni, there was no cheese on the pizza it was burnt to a crisp the pizza was disgusting and cold the absolute worst Food experience I’ve ever seen, my mother is Legally blind and cannot drive to go replace this this is absolutely absurd and the worst customer service I’ve ever seen, I had already left to go back out of town or I would go deal with this in person. then they cant take responsibility for their cooks messing an order up, I’ve worked in many restaurants, enough to know the customer is always right, then you got the owner on here still not taking responsibility for their poor food quality and delivery, doordash is the only place that made it right, im sure that we will never spend anything ever again at any brenz ever. Doordash doesn’t cook the pizza BRENZ DOES!

Hands down my favorite pizza ever. No kidding. I travel for work and have been to many varied pizza places. At Brenz I always customize the personal size chicken/artichoke pizza to take away the red pepper and add both pineapple and hot honey. It is the tastiest thing in this world. And they are very nice about my substitutions. The crust is always perfect. I think I dream about this pizza.

I rarely give 5 star reviews especially at pizza places but this place exceeded my expectations. Our family ordered bbq and hot wings, cheesy breadsticks, cinnazos, and the hot honey pizza. Everything tasted incredible and was relatively cheap for my family of 5. This will definitely be a go-to for our family when we are in the Knoxville area!

We ordered delivery to our hotel. The flavor was good, but the kitchen didn’t give us what we ordered. I paid for a custom pizza with 4 toppings one of them being pepperoni. My pizza arrived with 3 of the 4 toppings (no pepperoni) despite the receipt and order listing all of them.
Now I don’t mean to sound petty, but it’s a little disappointing to say the least when you pay for something and you don’t get it. I hope you do better for your next customers and review the order before it goes out to the delivery driver.

First night in for the weekend and needed something simple for the family. The wait wasn’t long and it was Friday night, so plenty to watch from the inside. We had the cheesy breadsticks, loaded pep n cheese, atm, and Bianca Rossa. The square pieces made the pizza taste better. Everyone had a favorite, but the Bianca rossa was mine.

This place is by far one of the best pizza restaurants I have eaten at. They have a quite number of specialty pizzas and you can create your own too, each ingredient is 2 dollars on create your own pizza. The prices here are not high and the pizzas are amazing. I highly recommend this place. They also do catering and they deliver on a two mile radius from the restaurant.

Wonderful pizza and amazing service! Since my very first visit, this became one of my favorite places in Knoxville! Pizzas are made to order and they are highly customizable! Highly recommend!!! They also deliver within a couple of miles. Just ask to make sure you delivery address is within their range.

Wow! Our team of 9 tried Brenz today and it was no doubt the best Pizza we have ever had!! The Heritage Honey was so good with the All The Meat Pizza a huge hit also. The Veggie Pizza was very fresh and the BBQ Chicken had fabulous ingredients. If ya love great Pizza….Brenz belongs on your list !!

The pizza was better overall than what you’d get at a domino’s and whatnot, however, it was nothing to write home about. The texture of the cheese was fine, but the taste was a little lacking in flavor. The sauce was pretty good, but nothing about it stood out as spectacular. The crust felt particularly lacking in flavor, but the quality of the toppings more than made up for this. You won’t be missing out by not eating here, but if you want pizza, are tired of constantly eating Papa John’s or Domino’s, and are in the area, it might be worth checking out.
