Avoid this place unless you want to leave disappointed and ripped off!
I ordered a breakfast sandwich for $12 it was tiny any lacked any flavor. The person who made the food gave me an OJ without asking for one with a smile on his face saying here I got you an OJ, upon leaving realized he charged me for OJ which I didn’t want. I inquired about it and he said take it up with my manager in a rude way. This place lacked cleanliness and everything felt cheap.

Management at the hotel made it right, but that doesn’t help the horrible situation and disappointing food quality and sticky floors.

Bred & Bourbon, goofy name, serious eats. It’s not often that I’ll eat at a hotel restaurant, but I’m telling ya, this is the spot. I tried three different breakfasts and they were all delicious. Service was prompt and courteous. Make sure you tip heavy if you’re eating for free thanks to front desk vouchers.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn recently for a conference, and had two breakfast vouchers so we figured we would give this a try. The food tasted like good quality, and the service was great! The GM took a walk around and wished everyone a good morning, and the staff was overall very friendly. The atmosphere was average; it’s a small restaurant.

A small note is about food allergies. Two members of our party have gluten/wheat allergies, which we stated upon arrival. The waitress stated they would clean the grill, which was great! However when the food arrived, there were pieces of bread on both our plates. If you have a serious allergy, I would recommend eating at another location.

Terrible! The doors directly to the restaurant are locked. The phone number is to a non-english speaking Spanish lady only to discover you need a room key to open the door to the hotel to even GET to the restaurant. I walked 20 minutes from MY hotel for nothing!! Never again.

If you can get here, the food was great. I had the KF chicken and waffles. The chicken wasn’t greasy and had a really nice crunch.

Getting here is a major failure. The exterior door is locked and dark inside. If that doesn’t turn you away, you need to be let into the lobby and head into the unmarked basement of the hotel. There is no Facebook or Instagram location either and no hours listed.

Terrible Service, in fact no Service at All
We waited for over 15 minutes without any attention from the staff. When we finally asked for a glass of water, we were met with rudeness instead of service. Extremely disappointing experience.

No one answers the phone. Front desk not available ever because it is empty. The restaurant hangs up on you because they don’t speak English. The phones in my room didn’t work. Pretty rooms, but that’s about all.

This isn’t even open to the public. It’s only open to Holiday Inn residents for breakfast.
