The food was delicious and the drinks were good. We had clam chowder that had a lot of flavor and clams, coyote oysters, the fresh catch tuna as an appetizer and the tuna appetizer on menu. These were great. The crab mac and cheese was not good, it had very little seasoning but it had a good amount of crab.

Food was good. Beautifully plated. We were there for my mom’s 75th birthday and enjoyed outdoor seating. It’s a nice restaurant with great service. Quite perfect for a celebratory dinner.

We had a party of 6 and there was a 35 minute wait. The waitress was very kind, the food was okay. I got the Cajun Scallop Tortellini and it was pretty good. Someone else at our table also got the Cajun Scallop Tortellini but hers was very salty. My husband got the 16 oz Steak Frites and a quarter of the steak was just fat. He asked for it to be cooked medium and it was cooked rare. He said it tasted good but not even close to the best steak he’s ever had. 2 people at the table ordered the Clams Linguine and they both said that it sucked and the noodles were the worst they’ve eaten in a while. They said it was just watery noodles with white wine poured at the bottom of the plate. The clams and linguine lacked flavor and overall the 2 people who ordered it were very disappointed. It was $103 for my food and my husband’s and we got 1 mixed drink and 1 soda. Definitely not worth the $103. Also there’s a mandatory gratuity for a party of 6 or more and the waitress was very busy the whole time. I recommend Ketch 55 in Avon, NC it was miles better in flavor and good quality food and price.

Delicious waterfront dining with top notch service! We had the special, which was pan seared golden tilefish (that’s a real fish, I googled it) in a coconut cream sauce that was lick-the-plate good, with jasmine rice. It came with seasonal vegetables but I’m on vacation from those too, so …rosemary fries (perfection). He had creole scallops with tortellini. Must have been good, because he immediately adopted “guard the food” posture. Our server was Laya – she was cheerful and helpful to everyone, especially a nearby family with a special needs child. The pelicans outside put on a grand show while I sipped ‘dessert’ – a huge espresso martini. The ferry makes periodic appearances as well, adding another element to the ‘is this place real or am I in heaven’ vibe.

Easily one of the best places I’ve had here for dinner. Service was great and the food was delivered quick! We did arrive right when it opened so that could have something to do with the quick service. I went with as many specials as I could as those are usually what’s in season or what was recently caught that day. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting but if you’re coming in large group, I would try to come early to get a table otherwise you could wait. Also, the drinks are great!

We had Tayler as our server, and let me tell you…she was one of the best we have had! The restaurant was pretty busy, big parties, so there was a wait and they were short staffed. But everything was fantastic. Shout out to her and the others working, truly awesome work. The food….some of the best food we have eaten on the coast. We will absolutely be back to try more. Seriously, if you’re traveling or on vacation it is so worth the drive!!!

After arriving on the Ocracoke ferry, this was very close to the terminal. Although it is upstairs, it does have handicapped access.
To begin, I ordered the Crab/Corn Chowder and my friend ordered a garden salad. Both were delicious. I ordered the Shrimp and Grits and my friend ordered the Garganzola Chicken and Pasta; although the menu listed penne, it was served with linguini pasta. Both were delicious. Great service. Very nice dining room and room for small and large parties to eat, both inside and outside (weather permitting).

Laya was our server… OUTSTANDING! She was efficient, polite & humble. The food, PHENOMENAL. I’m a huge shrimp & grits fan. By far, the best I’ve had. My fiancé had the jerk pork chop. Very flavorful. Well worth the money. Live band outside & amazing views!

Came here on a Sunday evening when they opened for dinner. Service was enthusiastic and quick. Enjoyed our server’s Halloween costume too. The live music was a nice touch for dinner service.
We started with some drinks. I had both a pineapple lemonade and a channel marker from the drink menu while my husband just had bourbon on the rocks. We then had the seafood sampler for an appetizer and everything was prepared well. For entrees my husband had the fresh catch special and I had shrimp & grits. The fresh catch was fried well and the fries and coleslaw were good as sides. My shrimp & grits had such good flavor that my husband was sad he hadn’t ordered it also. We’d definitely come back here again.
