If Salata and Subway merged…

Service and atmosphere:
This location offers limited number of seats but you can definitely eat inside. The place was clean and organised.
Service was good. The staff were friendly.

Food and drinks:
Marriage of salad and baguette is a cool concept as you get the best of both worlds. The selections of salads were good. You can choose from pre designed options or build your own salads. Baguettes are warmed up before serving which is a bonus.
I tried the Peruvian grain madly salad. Unfortunately, many grains were dry and hard to bite on. Other ingredients in the salad tasted okay. Wouldn’t opt for this salad again.
They offer good selection of soft drinks and reverse osmosis drinking water. Having filtered water in H Town is a must so that was great to see.
The only disappointment was the fact that they don’t serve the salads in the metal bowls that the ingredients are mixed in if you decide to stay and eat inside the place. The food is transferred to a plastic container before serving it. It makes sense for to go orders but not for dining in. Not very sustainable or environmentally friendly.

Pricing:
$$ – build your own salads may be cheaper than buying pre made one.

This place has Salata beat. Served on a baguette is the way to go. Kayla and Jenelle were super friendly and explained it all. Def will come back and let my Austinite friends to stop here. Came cause my coworker in Austin raved about this place in Dallas and found this one on my way to my cruise out of Galveston tomorrow. Price is reasonable for large portion serve, clean location, super clean bathroom and great atmosphere. Thanks guys!!!

Excited to try this place. Saw it driving by memorial city. Looks new and reviews are solid.

My only suggestion is that they approach the landlord about adding electric vehicle (EV) charging stations right outside so they can attract people like next time I’m between meetings, need a bite to eat, and electric fuel. Nothing better than conveniently charging while dining.

There was an EV parked when I passed by. I’m sure it’s common. So many EVs these days.

Maybe negotiate this on your future leases and expansion locations. Reach out to local Texas company Pangea Charging to help.

This was our first time at Bread Zeppelin and the customer service is so amazing! Every single one of the young girls working tonight provided us with samples to try their dressings, they gave us amazing suggestions, and answered all of our questions. Not only was the customer service outstanding and over the top, but the food was delicious, everything tasted fresh and the bread was perfect. We will definitely be back!!

First time stopping by to get a Zeppelin and it had a hair. I saw most of the employees female did not had a hairnet. So thank you for that extra hair in my sandwich. Managers need to make sure all employees wear a hairnet. We pay for our food to be made right. So first experience not coming back again.
