Friendly, accommodating staff offering great food at fair prices. The 2+2+2 breakfast special is a particular bargain. We ordered 2 pancakes, 2 eggs (one order over easy and the other scrambled—both perfect), and 2 strips of crispy bacon. I also got chocolate milk which was cold and tasty. A great place to enjoy a meal in a comfortable, inviting setting.

I enjoyed the brunch experience here. We had called ahead to get on the list, but still had to wait about 20 minutes to get called to our table. They had some mismatched seating with different tables, chairs, flooring, walls, decor, etc. Felt like a mod podge environment with no particular mood associated.

While in the waiting area, which is quite sizable and has tables surprisingly, there was the option to order at the bar for cocktails or coffee. It took about 10 minutes to get acknowledged by the staff behind the bar, which made me feel compelled to just skip the request altogether. The drinks were quickly made after we got the chance to order, taking only about 5 minutes to receive them all.

When we got called to our table, we were led to a tented area with artificial grass covering the whole area. Our table was a plastic, outdoor kind of picnic table with lot grooves that ended up being easy to have the plates slide around on.

The waitress was sweet and good at conversation, and definitely smooth with upselling. Our group ended up taking a couple of her suggestions outside of our main meal preference.

The food came out in decent time. It took probably 30-35 minutes to come out for a group of 5. The presentation was good, but slightly messy in some parts.

For drinks we were sipping on an iced Vanilla Cherry latte, an iced Raspberry Mocha latte, and a hot Banana latte with Kahlua. The first two had a nice strength and sweet flavor. The Vanilla Cherry was my favorite of the two. I will say that I am not a coffee fan, so I like my coffee to taste like dessert and this hit that mark. The third drink was faint in flavor, mostly tasting like milk. All 3 drinks had whip on them, which I wish we didn’t go with. The whip cream they use had some sort of weird agent in it that caused a chunky residue once mixing or drinking. I would recommend the whip cream be changed to something more natural like heavy whipping cream + powdered sugar and just get the canisters to make it in house, or buying them from the store in the typical cans for cheap. Whatever preservatives or binders were there really dragged down the quality.

The meals we got were the Salmon Benedict, Philly Sandwich, Classic Benedict + Avocado, Salmon Hash, Country Fried Steak, and a full stack of Blueberry Lemon pancakes. I found every single plate to be of great quality and flavor. I personally ordered the Classic Benedict and Lemon Blueberry Pancakes.

For the Classic Benedict, the hollandaise sauce was very fun. The eggs were cooked to different consistencies, one having a runny yolk and the other having a creamy yolk. I didn’t even think to request a preference, because I hate runny yolks (though I do like a good Hollandaise sauce). I was happy to have at least 1 be to my liking without having asked. The potatoes were very tasty. Great crunch and nicely salted.

The Blueberry Lemon pancakes were lacking on blueberry, but great because of the lemon curd. I think these would be better with blueberries baked into the cakes themselves too.

I did really enjoy the Salmon Hash and Salmon Benedict. Great flavor and complimented well by their side dishes. The other dishes were good flavor, but not my personal preference so not much commentary there.

The price was around $115 before tip. I felt like it made sense for the overall experience here. I would come again because I did like their quality of food, which had a ton of variety on the menu.

This was a quaint, cute place located in the Old Towne Arvada area and had some good deals on large brunch plates. Highlight was the lemon pancake pictured below.

We would return again!

Wow, this place was great, a real gem for informal breakfast, lunch or brunch. Started with the sip of the day, a tomato bisque that was thick and hearty – seemed clearly homemade. My wife gives me grief for liking tomato soup, calling it “weenie soup”, but this was far from weenie – take that, honey!! Entree was the Philly cheese steak with side salad. Very yummy – flavorful and delicious on a perfectly toasted roll. Salad was fresh and crispy and just the right size. Gabby’s table service was terrific, having enormous patience with me as it took me a while to decide. Very friendly and welcoming. All this for just over $20 – an amazing deal! I’ll definitely be back here!!

I have enjoyed both of my meals here, one solo and one with the wife. First of all, the service is excellent and simply can’t be ignored in the rating result. Salvador was my last server, and his personality was a perfect amount of energy for a weekend brunch, and he was efficient in his craft. I had the morning scramble on the first trip and the smoked salmon hash this most recent visit. Both were delicious. The salmon hash wins my personal food contest. Wife had the breakfast combo this weekend and loved it. But, kjnow that menu is all over the board, with plenty of traditional AND unique options for all. The place is deceptively spacious, and offers a heated patio, indoor dining, and bar seating. It is also very reasonably priced, with good energy throughout its walls. Hot sauce was on the table for us spicy folks. It is also in a cool part of town, with plenty to explore after your meal. I definitely recommend this place, and will see you there!

I had chicken fried steak with half gravy, half green chili, and I couldn’t be happier. The steak was flavorful and crispy, the potatoes had a lovely crunch, and my eggs were poached to perfection.

The outdoor heated patio was pleasantly warm and quiet. It was 35 degrees outside but I was comfortable in a t-shirt in the patio space. Would recommend and will come back when I am back in town.

This Cafe is my wife and I’s new favorite breakfast spot. I had the salmon hash and a biscuit with 1/2 gravy and 1/2 spicy green chile. My wife had the morning scramble and the spiced French toast. Everything was AMAZING! The portions and flavors are very reasonably priced. The green chile was flovorful and a great amount of heat. Our server, Genaye, was great as well. The atmosphere is super cute and honey. Can’t recommend enough.

Super cute and cozy restaurant makes you feel like you’ve stepped right out of the city. It does have a patio access which is dog friendly. I ordered the chili relleno breakfast and a pecan pancake The reason for the three star is everything was very bland the chili tastes like it comes from a can and they serve store bought tortillas which all you taste is preservatives. But I will say the pancake was fantastic! The staff were friendly for the most part My waitress specifically was amazing and the person who greeted me at the door. There was an older woman there that I tried a few times to smile at and she kind of would just look me up and down and walk away. So I would say the pancakes are definitely worth it but take your chance on the rest.

So I returned with some friends since it’s the only place serving breakfast in old town before 9 before the chain taco shop. Knocking it down to 2 stars. The hollandaise is not made from scratch, that is very clear due to the film on top of the hollandaise caused by the starches that are added to the powder mix to hold it together. The cinnamon rolls are also very clearly not made from scratch in house (ironic with the name breadwinners). Also why is there a pat of butter on the cinnamon roll??

Quality has gone down. Used to be great, but I think the post pandemic era has made them cut more corners.

Edit: since they want more info… and they “couldn’t disagree more…”

Well, it’s been at least 6 months since I’ve been in but, here’s what I recall. I remember the tap water itself tasting awful and like it was put in a pitcher full of cleaning solution. The biscuits and gravy were extremely sub par, almost like packaged gravy and day old biscuits that could have just been store bought. The orange juice was clearly not fresh, and was probably from concentrate. The saving grace was the pancake, which was pretty good. Although it’s a shame you don’t just serve real maple syrup with your pancakes and charge accordingly.

The restaurant is much bigger than we thought from the outside. It is a wonderful atmosphere.

The staff were very friendly and fun to talk too.
The restaurant was clean.

We all shared our food. Some of the items were good and some I wasn’t a fan of. There are lots of menu items so we plan to go back and try to other meals options.
