Bravo Pizza & Italian Restaurant is a family owned business. The owners, Joe and Francesca Ocello, were both born in Sicily. They came to the United States in the early 1970s and have been involved in the Italian restaurant business ever since. You can be assured the Italian cuisine at Bravo is always authentic! We have two convenient Illinois locations: Poplar Grove and South Beloit. We are open daily for lunch and dinner and provide dine-in, carry-out, and delivery services. We are a full service restaurant with a full service bar and offer catering for all occasions. Daily specials, coupons, and gift certificates are always available.

Years ago this place must have used some ingredient that had MSG in it, because I’m allergic to it and their food would bother me. Recently we tried their pizza and surprisingly I didn’t have a problem with it. Since then, my husband & I have returned several times for their carry-out pizza special. Whatever they are buying for ingredients now, I hope they continue because our whole family loves their pizza.

The carryout prices are different online then what they charge in the restaurant for carryout. Make sure you plan on spending 10% to 15% more when you go to pickup your food. I was then charged for someone else’s order which was twice the amount than what I paid for my food. Had the manager reverse the transaction and 3 days later it still has not been reversed in my bank account. We liked this place for years and have spent alot of money there. We are throughly disappointed in our visit, not sure if we’ll be back.

I went to pick up a carryout order; pizza and a calzone. The employee there was great, she helped us with the door and complimented my kid’s jacket. The order was correct and ready on time.

The taco pizza was amazing, one suggestion, add chips for topping. The greek salad was also a hit and the pizza was delivered piping hot. We will definitely be back! Great option, South Beloit!!!!

Awesome Pizza!!! Cheese on point! Crust amazing!! The sauce was to watery caused the cheese to slide off and they cut the pizza into diamond shapes!!!

Always great tasting pizza at a great price. Friendly staff. Awesome dine-in special of pick two pastas, bread, coffee, salad or soup, and ice cream. Even though there was a large party ordering food at the same time we did, our food came out fast and the servers were attentive to us. Dying your hair blue is always a bad decision.

The place was near empty. The waitress was stressed and the other employees seemed to enjoy it. The food wasn’t the best. Maybe it was an off day but with the prices weren’t on point.

They recently raised prices which I understand but the quality is getting worse. We were just there Tuesday night and I ordered a cup of soup which I could have used for wall paper paste it was soooo thick. Then I ordered their Bravo salad, the sausage was over cooked and hard. I would guess a couple of days old. The bread stick with it was hard and couldn’t be eaten. Doesn’t anyone take pride in their work? Maybe they need to train their cook.
