Small, comfy place serving some excellent wood fired stone pizzas that can be served by the slice, and these sandwich will put your hunger to rest. The sandwiches are hearty and surprisingly cheap for the amount of meat they put on them. The Juventus is definitely a must and the meatball pizza is so delicious. Come hungry and leave happy. Enjoy my foodie connoisseurs.

Bravo By The Sea has some of the best pizza I have ever had. It is wood fired and the crust was perfectly crispy (we did request a crispy crust and they delivered). We only waited for 5 minutes between ordering and receiving our pizza. The pepperoni was delicious and the tomato sauce tasted fresh and homemade. You could tell that they use quality ingredients. The staff was very friendly and responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The interior of the restaurant is pretty small and only had 4 tables (most people seem to order for takeout), but we ate there and it was perfectly comfortable and calm. The location is right near the water and some cute shops. Overall, we loved our experience at Bravo and we hope to come back soon and bring friends and family!

Pizzas are hot and fresh. The cheese melts in your mouth. There are burnt pieces on the pizza which taste extremely bitter but that’s to be expected for a wood grilled pizza. I bought a soda because I was thirsty. That was THREE DOLLARS FOR A CAN. Maniacs fr and my change wasn’t even correct (off by 11 cents!). Would eat the pizzas again but well I don’t live here. Staff is kind. Seating is very limited (like two or three tables) and you can watch the kitchen. Drinkable tap water is warm. Please use cold water.

Great pizza, we had the marg and the cheese, I’d rate it a solid 8.9(I honestly think it’s better than some apizza places…) Neoplitan style but finished with semolina, making it amazingly crispy but still some chewiness. The sauce had a good balance of flavor and the cheese these guys use are top notch. The owner is the best part of the whole place, super friendly and welcoming.

Best pizza on the north shore. Real wood fired oven. Pear and Sage pizza, need I say more?

The pizza and atmosphere were disappointing for how highly rated the place is. Crust not amazing, sauce very plain, cheese off. Overall a low-end corner pizza place that happens to have a wood fired pizza oven and charges mid-range prices. I give them credit for the BYOB policy though.

Really good wood-fired pizza! My friend and I got the 2 slice special, which included a free drink, and I got the Greek salad. The burrata and tomato pizza was our favorite, but I also liked the Buffalo chicken pizza. The Greek salad was yummy, and very generously sized – easily enough for two people. The server was friendly and helpful, and the dining area was clean and airy.

What a find! Finally, Artisan Style pizza comes to Gloucester!! We’re from the Boston area (and unabashedly pizza snobs 🙂 and this is the kind of “old world” pizza we experience in the North End. You’re in for a real treat!
Picture below: Nick, one of the owners is a master at preparing the perfect pizza!
