I enjoy eating here and I keep coming back so that has to say something! I have never left here upset but I do constantly leave here feeling like things are never consistent. For the most part the food is always good, sometimes I have to wait 45-min on a meal before the rush has even hit but I’m willing to wait and have a few more beers. (The beers are excellent, don’t skip the jalapeno beer) The service can really be hit or miss, at times I’ll be ignored the entirety of my visit and the next I have every waitress in the place asking me how my food is. It can get very loud in here during rush hour. Overall a place I will continue to enjoy and share with others, but room for improvement.

We expected more from an area that is more of an elitist region of the city. We remember when it was a white linen atmosphere and was disappointed in our experience. The timeliness was inconsistent. The pricing was between adequate to acceptable. The quality of the food was good but the service was inconsistent. If you’re looking for a sandwich and fries in a local brewery atmosphere, this is your choice.

It’s an extremely loud environment, you can barely hear the person next to you. The wait is very long (over an hour for a burger and a small pizza). I do not recommend the chips and guac, 15 chips and a literal spoon full of what tastes like store bought guacamole for $6. When the food arrived it looked visually appealing, it was like one of those Instagram food photos. The burger tasted bland almost as if it wasn’t seasoned, the pretzel bun and sweet glaze were both good. You can tell the pizza is fire roasted, it has that authentic smoky flavor.
Overall I was disappointed with my experience. I understand that they were busy so I give them a slight pass on the wait, but an hour and twenty minutes is excessive. Some of the food seems to be high quality, just not flavorful. The very loud environment might be for some people but it wasn’t enjoyable for me.

The food tasted ok but it took 1hr. 30 minutes to get 2 burgers. My mom knows the boys who own it and it was always quick when they say her name.but we used my name and it took forever. They were some what busy but not that busy where it should take that long.to make 2 burgers

We have been there twice. 1st time all that was left/available was burgers and fries. 2nd time I ordered a pizza. 15 minutes later they came and told me that there was an issue with the pizza oven and they were working on it. I thought ok, cool, thanks for the honesty. Several minutes later the table that was seated after us got their pizza. Mine was no where to be seen. When mine finally did arrive I mentioned something about how that table got theirs before mine. Some guy from the kitchen came out and told me that the table next to me was a buddy of us and that he was ok with getting a semi warm pizza. He wanted ours to be fresh. Um no. The crust was all black and burnt and the pizza tasted smoky. I picked off the toppings for they were ok. I really wanted to enjoy this place. The beers are good. We will probably be back for the beers, but not the food.

They ran out of all the food, we ordered 3 different times because they were out then they refused to give us sauces. Forgot to make half of our order, we waited 2 and a half hours for our food, ridiculous.

The place is loud when it’s full. The “manager” was not wearing appropriate clothing
She was wearing a very short black skirt and her shirt was rolled up under itself showing her mid section. None of the servers checked on us after our food came until it was time to pay the bill.

They have these loaded fries that I love. And as a rule I don’t like beer or pickles but there is a pickle beer there that strangely l like a lot.
