This is a great neighborhood location. My family and I have visited multiple times (always dining in), and the food and service are always great. We’ve enjoyed everything from the burgers to chicken to salads and desserts, and not a single disappointment. Also, if you need a few essential groceries, their selection is limited, but the staples are available (and at a surprisingly decent price).

The night shift is awful! Doesn’t matter the day/night! (nothing but young teenagers and stressed out mid 20’s managers) – employees always rolling their eyes. Rude. None of them care. None of them listen to their boss. Always messing up my order and when I ask them to correct they yank the order out of my hand! Also when they’re handing me my stuff, they make no eye contact, no words spoken like “have a great night” they just take the item put their arm out the window, they don’t even turn their head to look out. Once they feel you’ve grabbed the item, they shut the window. Do not recommend! It has happened MULTIPLE TIMES!

The young man named Caleb thats works at night is the most polite hard working employee ive seen. There im a regular and he is always giving the best customer service. Which is rare with the younger generation. Cheers to Caleb !!! 5 stars allday long

Great customer service. Food came out fairly quick. Only dislike was the $4 upcharge for a shake that was called large but showed no signs of being such. The sign says no extra charge for milkshake vs the soda. But I did say large soo I guess ultimately my badd.

I’m quite disappointed with my recent visit to this food spot. The customer service was unfortunately lacking, and the staff seemed indifferent to the needs of their customers. The food was dry and cold, and the cleanliness of the place was also a concern. Overall, it wasn’t a pleasant experience. I’m hoping they can address the hygiene and customer service issues soon.

My children love Braum’s, and we visit each time we are in Fort Worth! it is welcoming neighborhood spot, and a lovely after-dinner treat for my family. There are some great ice cream flavors, and you can’t go wrong with their frozen yogurt. Beyond being delicious, it is affordable.

This gotta be the worst Braums in the city! First off I felt like the little girl in the drive thru was rushing me but I charged it to the game… so when I bit into my burger I was highly disappointed! I know Braum’s is big on fresh but the burger taste like it was freshly made yesterday! It looked like a burnt chicken patties! Then on top of that the cheese wasn’t melted! From the customer service to the food it was horrible! You won’t catch me at this location ever again!
