A special thank you to Martin for the excellent guidance with both the wine pairings and the menu. I chose the full menu, and I’m so glad I did—it gave me the opportunity to taste everything, and every course was a delight. The flavors were simply outstanding, and it’s clear there is real genius behind the design of each dish.
Another big thank you to the chef for bringing the final piece of art to the table—the tiramisu was a perfect ending.
I will definitely be coming back later in the summer. Please keep up the great ambiance, teamwork, and exceptional quality.

Absolutely great, really well made pizza. Light ingredients, freshly made, tasty as food it is supposed to be.
The charcuterie and cheese options from the menu… oh my… Definitely a must have, they make their own cheese and sausages, so it is incredibly great.
If you can, you should try. (Piece of advice, you will need a reservation)

The server we had was excellent and knowledgeable. He knew the menu including wine pairing options. We even sampled the wine prior to ordering the bottle.
The pizza was very delicious. We ordered a Margherita pizza and a the sausage & kale pizza option. Both were very delicious. I think the sausage pizza was the best pizza I’ve ever eaten in my entire life.

You can see how the staff is very proud of their dishes and explain everything. But the highlight of the evening was the Nduja pizza. Crafted with hand-stretched, 48-hour fermented dough, this pizza was cooked to perfection in their wood-fired oven. Gorgeous dining experiance here. Buratta was amazing and pizza was so good!! Price wise it is on the higher end for pizza but given they make their own cheese in house, the quality is so high so definitely worth a visit. Service was great too- our waiter was lovely and took time to chat and make recommendations

we were treated very well despite being the only Asians in the restaurant. great wine recommendation and pairing. you can tell the dough has a really good taste to it but I think texture can be improved. It was hard to cut/slice the pizza with the bread knife. the garlic bread was good and the burrata with pumpkin puree was exceptional. tiramisu was huge and had a lot of cream (expected) but pales in comparison to the ones we had in Rome. All in all a good meal. It was a bit of a walk from the M3 metro – and we avoided some dark alleys

Great service… but the food does not deliver.
Non of the dishes were outstanding. Yes, everything is done with ecological ingredients, but only that fact does not allow for these prices.
Hard to believe that we pay for a simple menu with a shared pizza and two drinks way over DKK 1000:-
It is a pity, because the base of this restaurant is what I fully support.
I hope that they’ll get a skilled head chef who flips this Restaurant back to its feet.
Until then, go somewhere else!
