Great place to shop for dairy products—they have an impressive variety of milk and other dairy items. The selection of boxed ice cream is huge, along with 12-pack ice cream bars, including sugar-free options that still taste rich and natural. I also grabbed a waffle cone with two generous scoops of ice cream for my kid, from the counter, and the quality was excellent—on par with places like Cold Stone, Gelato Cone, or Pachuco Gelato. They also offer burgers, which I haven’t tried yet, but overall I definitely recommend this place, especially for shopping with kids and for the great quality of the food.

Don’t know what to say! Amazing!! All the dairy products, cheese, milk, ice cream, butter exceptional! Food is Great (love the bag of burgers)! Store is awesome, it’s a 4hr drive home but always leave with milk, cottage cheese & ice cream in coolers!! If you haven’t tried it you don’t know what you’re missing…haven’t had dairy like this since a farm.

I’m really disappointed with my experience at Braum’s today. I was charged incorrectly for my order, and when I brought it to the staff’s attention, the situation wasn’t handled professionally. Instead of quickly fixing the mistake, I felt like I had to argue just to get the correct price.
Mistakes happen, but customer service makes all the difference. Being overcharged and then made to feel like it was my fault is not acceptable. I expect better accuracy and accountability when it comes to billing. Please double-check your receipts before leaving — I won’t be returning anytime soon.

LOVE coming here after the library next door closes. The mini market place here is adorable, as this ice cream parlor becomes a one stop shop with it’s restaurant options! The quality of this place has not dropped after all these years. Can’t wait to come back soon. Would recommend to anyone!

We had decided we wanted Braum’s late tonight and were excited that we still had time before they closed. We arrived oh okay yeah with about 10 minutes to spare before their posted closing time (10:45 pm) and they informed us that their kitchen was closed and were also complaining right in front of us about how they didnt want to serve us or the rest of the people in the drive through. Some of the employees even walked off, making other employees serve the people in the drive through. Very disappointed.
