Stopped for a late lunch. Had burger combo with fries and a drink. Food was good and fresh. We ordered ice cream for dessert. The single-dip candy sundae was awesome!!!! I had fudge and carmel topping on vanilla ice cream with crushed Reeces peanut butter cups and almonds. My absolute favorite treat at Braums.

Garbage visit. Paid 20 bucks to grab some food on the way back from Dallas. I was super excited to get this. I waited for about 14 minutes. They call my number. Someone has taken my food and there was just the shake. I threw it away and walked out. Over crowded, hectic, no one to keep track of people’s orders.

The food was quick, fresh, and great. The staff were nice and efficient. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that the interior seems like it needs an update, especially the bathroom.

Honestly, the only good thing about this Braum’s is the ice cream. Everything else was disappointing. They didn’t even have Cookies and Cream, which is basic for an ice cream place. On top of that, the night manager was rude for no reason, especially toward the teens working there. It made the whole experience uncomfortable. Definitely not the friendly service you’d expect.
