I used to come here often with my son but they can’t handle and order as complicated as two scoops of iccream with extra hot fudge. They are quick to charge you for us but this is what you get every time. Last time coming to this location.

I went to buy 3-pint ice cream in the grocery line and I am just absolutely astonished by how disrespectful the girl who was checking people out was. First off, the guy in front of me is waiting to check out, she finally comes up all in a pouty mood with her AirPod’s in, does not say a word to this guy, doesn’t even say “the total is …”, he even had to ask for his receipt. Then it’s my turn and I say hi (maybe trying to lighten up her mood), she mumbles hi and i’m like how are you. she gives me the snottiest slouch and does a fake smile, it was just so disrespectful. I am absolutely appalled that this is what customer service is like nowadays. the drive thru is always great here, I enjoy the ice cream but unfortunately some people aren’t cut out to be in a position where they have to talk to people.

Always great, you can substitute the fries for yogurt for a healthier option. And of course the ice cream is always flawless. They are younger workers, but they do an amazing job taking of the customers.

I went on a Sunday ordered from drive thru Grilled Chicken BLT (cheese was solid didn’t melt at all) with fries both were cold. Went back within the same week, ordered the same thing but went inside and it was fresh, hot and sooo good.

Most hot mess of a braums ever. As a manager in fast food and someone who has worked at a braums for a year when I was younger, this location is horrible. Waited 15+ mins in the drive thru, never got an apology for my wait or a refund for their poor service. There was only one other car in line, and I could see the front register and there was nobody there either. I saw at least two managers in the building and yet the service was still poor. One of the hourly workers was hanging out doing nothing with an AirPod in her ear. My fries were cold and the chicken strips were microscopic. The manager at the front window had the audacity to seem annoyed that she got me the wrong drink when I asked for the correct one. Unprofessional and lazy, I’d be embarrassed to be the manager of this location.

The picture should speak for the one star itself. Not only are the sundaes pathetically sad, but we ordered 2 double scoop ice cream cones, and somehow it was misconstrued that we wanted cups. So instead of either remaking them or putting the ice cream in the cones, they put cones on the cup. It was actually funny how dumb it was. Don’t recommend to anyone who wants a basic sundae.
