Yummy cheeseburger & fries as expected of Braum’s. Tastes fresh. Quick serving too. Long store with lots of seating options. Including an enclosed glass private room with 4 sets of tables. Interior’s spaced well . Big parking lot. Such polite, pleasant, & efficient staff.

If I could leave a 0 star I would, I went through the drive thru placed my order payed for it and was told to park on the side of the building. I waited for 30 min on the side only to finally get my food only to find out not only did they give me cold food but the completely wrong order. Who ever was working today 2/2/26 at 6:40 should not be working there and there was no manager in sight just workers scrambling. I went back to tell them only to be told to wait on the side AGAIN and guess what…not only did I wait for another 15 min but they got the order wrong AGAIN I got a bacon chicken burger…. it wasn’t a difficult order to begin with just people not knowing what they are doing.

Braum’s in Garland store (055):19th evening I ordered (order no476)my salad with chicken and chicken strip combo. Waiting to take order, 8 minutes… getting my order is 30 more minutes wait!! Bad experience!!
Next morning, my head was really dizzy – thought it was lack of sleep. By evening, diarrhea started. Midnight, I collapsed . Was so sick, took OTC meds, nothing worked. Saturday, had a video call Dr appt – he gave me meds. Today’s Tuesday… still suffering, not back to normal lifestyle!!

Leaving one star since ms.SirBald-fade got a rebuttal when I advised the order was wrong. Happy to add myself to the angry customer list. This the last time coming to this location. Lack of ownership and listening skills. It’s two orders of ice not that hard to remember. Whom ever the GM or hiring manager is places get this location some help. They need more people and a system. Everybody that was working tonight on this day just running around lost. Hope this review helps.

If Braum’s has 100 fans, I’m one of them. If Braum’s has 1 fan, I am that fan. If Braum’s has 0 fans, I am dead.
I absolutely love Braum’s and this store is no different. The workers (especially the gentleman who works the morning shift, Mr. Kovar I believe) are always attentive and cordial. The food is always good and their fresh market is hard to beat. They have the best milk and if you disagree you are just wrong and I’m sorry you have to live life not knowing what true Nirvana is. I would also put their ice cream up against anyone’s.
Now of course, the line can at times be long. But no place is busier than the post office during lunch and Braum’s on a hot Sunday night. These are just facts of life.
Although this store is 5 minutes and 1.3 miles from my house, I wish they would open up yet another store even close so I can just roll out of bed into the oh so familiar white tiled dining room.

I asked for a banana split. And instead of vanilla, I wanted cherry. No nuts. The guy chose cherry pecan, which i didn’t know til the girl at the pay window read it back to us. I asked them to change it since I said no nuts. The girl didn’t know how, so we waited 10 minutes (after a half hour just to order) for the guy to come show her. He teased her for not knowing, but never looked at me or spoke to me. We get to the pickup window, he shouts for us to pull up to the door right next to it (which blocks the window so not like the car behind us was going to be able to access, why move us up? So we cant speak to you?) Then comes out the door, tosses the bag at us and goes back inside. Huge mess in the bag, so I didn’t check to make sure they fixed it. Of course, get home and they gave me vanilla, changed the strawberry (that I wanted) to the cherry pecan, and dumped mounds of nuts on top. I’d had a rough day, and Sonic had already screwed up a shake attempt, and I thought maybe I’d have better luck here. Had to throw it away. Check your orders. Don’t let them rush you away when you’re paying for what you ordered, not what they choose to throw at you

Today I had chicken salad here. The ingredients are always fresh, and we love it. The staff here are polite and friendly. I like this place because there is also a mini store. It’s very convenient! You can order a sandwich or delicious ice cream, and while you wait for it to be prepared, you can do some quick shopping for home.

This is the second time that they mess up our order. Whoever was working the drive thru at 5pm on 2/24 was rushing us through our order only to get it wrong and not include every item we ordered. When they “fixed it”, the buns and toppings were sitting there while two of the employees were talking on the line. The “fixed” order was cold. I can only give so much grace but to rush through an order with an attitude and get it WRONG is crazy work. No longer going to this one, I’ll be making the extra drive to Mesquite. If you come here, DONT USE THE DRIVE THRU. GO INSIDE.

No matter when we go, he’s running the whole store, from the grocery register to making ice cream and working the counter. He never stops, but somehow he always has a smile on his face and makes every customer feel welcome. His energy, hard work, and amazing customer service are honestly the reason we keep coming back.
