OMG I wish we had one of these in TN but I’d weigh 400 pounds. This is the absolute BEST ice cream I’ve ever put in my mouth. I got the Brownie Fudge Sundae and my handsome man got the Old Fashioned Banana Split and couldn’t stop saying “Oh my”.

Very unique place to stop and grab a burger. I was unaware that they were a farm to table type restaurant. When you walk in directly in front of you is a standard burger joint where you step up and order your food. To the right of you is a small convenience shop style spot where you can also purchase items for sale that were grown on the farm. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The burgers and fries were delicious. I don’t usually do fast food burger joints but I have to admit this one was special. If you’re ever in town stop in n and expect it for yourself.

I am a regular in the mornings at this location and I am finally disheartened enough to write a review. Braums is known for the quality of their food and I will always opt for their standards over other fast food drive throughs. Unfortunately this is not a one off negative experience, but months worth of hoping that the next time will be different. Many times I have driven off with my food feeling as if I was a burden or imposing while using their drive through. Several experiences getting cut off, ignored, and spoken over when ordering at the menu. Happening more times than one could assume was just a speaker/headset issue. When asking for a dipping sauce, one container is handed to me for an order of 2-3 combos meals. I have to ask for more, both times asking accompanied with an eye roll. Once, the employee responded “we don’t hand out that sauce in the morning.” The sauce in question being their prepackaged chicken dipping sauce. Several experiences seeing my food being put into a microwave and then handed to me.
On the positive side, the food is always good quality and classically Braums. There have been positive interactions with staff, so I do think there is a potential that my negative experiences might be related to a singular staff member or two.

Beyond shocked how filthy this Braum’s is!!
The drink station has so much black slimy mold everywhere, including black oozing goop from inside door at the drink station. Along with the guy who kept picking his nose as he walked outta the cooler from the back to make shakes at the counter. This needs to be inspected by the health department and shut down for a deep clean.
Beyond disgusting, you can do better than this!!

I im really upset writing this review, I used to love Braums good burgers and fries. I have not been to a braums in about 5 months but this morning I went, I got a number one and made it a large fries. We’ll I got like a small fries and they were cold and still half raw then my burger the bun was really soggy and the burger was very overcooked. Very disappointing.

This is one of our go to’s when the days are long and need to make dinner happen.
The kids love their food, they have enough options to make everyone happy. They are priced well so it’s not heavy on the bank. The kids love it to be able to get a little treat at the end with their ice cream. Over all great memories will be made from here and is a family staple for us.

The food at this location is delicious. During this visit we had dessert. On previous visits, I’ve had their burgers and this location didn’t disappoint, the burgers are way better than the competition. As for this visit, I had the frozen yogurt twist (vanilla and chocolate) on a waffle cone. This treat is delicious, if you haven’t tried it, I highly recommend doing so. If you’re in the mood for a really good fast-food burger definitely stop by this location.

In short this may be the worst Braum’s ever!! Can you all please get the orders correct? Stop sucking. Does no good to get alllllllll the way home on a busy Monday and you forgot 3 items. 5 of you working the window. My goodness. Come back we will make it right….wrong answer. Get it right the first time. It was a easy order!!! Done!!

Wont be back to this location. Didn’t get my order right, and one of the ladies was very rude when I asked her about it. Don’t waste your money here. They don’t care about getting it right at this Braums location.
