Absolute worst experience I’ve even had at a braums restaurant. After I placed my order I waited for over 30 minutes I walked to the counter and asked about my order they told me they accidentally handed out to the wrong person. Then after receiving my order the bottom bun was so soggy and I asked for a new bottom bun and the employee rudely roll d they’re eyes and smirked and the fries were thrown carelessly in the bag. This location needs a major change of staff and quality.I’m am extremely disappointed. If I could leave a no star review I would. I definitely do not recommend this to anyone you’re better off going hungry.

Lady was rude we were told to wait 5 minutes later she come out demanding payment with an attitude mind you we had already paid. So we went inside to see what the issue was she began yelling at the staff about us coming in and seeing what the issue was she threw the 3 large fries we had gotten and dumped them all in the bag when we go home they were everywhere but in the container they should have been on overall this has left a bad taste in my mouth and I will not be returning to this location again!

the older lady working at the drive through did not give my boyfriend and I the sauce we requested with our order, we proceeded to have to wait at the window for at least 5 minutes while she ignored us and looked at us multiple times. when she finally opened the window again she tried giving us someone else’s food, once she was told what we needed ( ketchup ) she got very angry and literally threw the sauce at us.

I hadn’t had Braums in quite some time and sadly won’t ever again after this incident. I ordered 2 bag of burgers and 4 small fries and sadly one included something not on the menu. A hair. And while the manager on duty was apologetic. I myself do not want new food as a replacement as the anticipation has been ruined and I no longer want what I was craving. PSA, check your food before eating.

What is up with your people, and food? The guy inside that served me was condescending when I looked at my burger and the bun was soaking about to deteriorate and when I asked him for a different bun he rolled his eyes. I just wanted a different bun not the whole burger. Very unnecessary for the attitude.
