Delicious ice cream and nice place to eat. Always a go to.
But I wanted to write this review mostly to say. I don’t run into many employees that go above and beyond. That I think are worth writing a review about. But, Adrian deserves a review. He was a complete sweetheart and super helpful. That boy deserves employee of the month and a bonus easily! He was kind to everyone I saw him interacting with. He’s clean, organized, make sure the order is clear so there’s no errors and very kind in every way possible. His smile never faded and he never slowed down. He was on the ball. Amazing kid! Thank you for making my day!

Normally I would praise this store. I go here often, at least once a week to get groceries and never had any complaints. Even had a burger a time or two that’s always been on point, however, with all the praise aside, things were terrible today. Ordered the chicken finger dinner, and a number 7(crispy chicken sandwich). The chicken on both chicken items were dry, chewy and bland. Fries were cold and dry. Feel a bit taken today. Would still say most items you get here, and groceries, are usually good. Just heed my words when it comes to their chicken.

Service was pretty standard. The burgers were exceptionally good, or I was exceptionally hungry. Speed of service must of hit a speed bump that just finished upon my arrival; one car actually got out of line and drove off! Order to delivery was 5 minutes… not too bad. The property was very clean and well maintained. I actually returned about 30 minutes later for the 5 burgers in a bag. Speed on service was on point.

This is the worst braums to eat at after four o’clock. I purchase four combos and ask 42 be made fresh.However, this was not made fresh.The manager was the actually the one in the kitchen cooking.It he gave me a raw burger when I took it back up there.He tried to put the blame on somebody else’s.If they were in there cooking but I saw him cooking the burgers.He knew I wanted them fresh, and he sent them out like that. If a manager act as if raw was okay and nothing was really wrong with it.I’m sorry, I don’t eat raw stuff.

My experience today was not good. First, they would not let me order a small order of fries. I really didn’t wanna combo because I don’t eat a lot of fries, but I wanted a small order and he kept trying to convince me to order the medium so I just said fine whatever in ordered a combo. But the thing that I’m complaining about, is the burger. I ordered a cheeseburger with mayonnaise all the vegetables, no mustard no ketchup no Braum sauce. I get the cheeseburger, but it has mustard. I didn’t know this until I got home. I went through the drive-through. I also ordered a large chocolate shake. It wasn’t ready by the time I receive my order so that that’s fine. I pulled up and I waited. Four cars get their order after me before I receive my chocolate milkshake. Y’all need to step up your game; you’re slacking.

I ordered a turtle sundae. They left off the hot fudge. According to their online menu for this particular sundae It cost for both caramel sauce and hot fish sauce, and I don’t put on the hot fudge. Months ago, I ordered the same thing and they left off the actual cake that was on the bottom of the sundae. Oh Brahms, how you have failed me so.

This is the absolute last time I eat here. I am tired of finding hair in my food!!! Every so often I eat here its fine but over the past week I have eaten here because I like their chicken sandwiches so I order their #6. Well 3 different times I have bitten into my sandwiches getting about halfway done before I find (A) the longest hair ever or (B) there is a small hair that looks like its from someone’s private area. Like what the hell is this type of shit. Today’s hair literally had the white base like it was plucked right off someone and placed in my sandwiche.

Usually braums is a bit pricy for what I considered a burger king type of grilled taste. But the prices gone down. Started with a chilli bowel then other visits braums bag of burgers. And who can’t resist stopping in for their ice ream Sundays eating that while watching others shop for groceries

12/09/2022 My breakfast burrito with no tomatoes had lots of tomatos, water wet tortilla from wet gloves or hands. Very slimy. Uneatable. On 12/07/2022 the breakfast bagel with egg, cheese, & bacon had maybe a “piece” of egg. You could tell it was part of another folded egg. Need better training or focus on quality. Not going here again.

Tonight is the SECOND time I’ve gone to this location for a double dip of chocolate chip on a cake cone to be told they were out of chocolate chip right now. No. They aren’t out of chocolate chip. They just didn’t want to go pull another cube. The guy at the window said, “it would have to defrost for 30 minutes”. They should plan ahead if a flavor of ice cream is getting low. Common sense. Young people don’t want to work. Pure laziness on their part.
