Went here for the first time tonight around 8pm. Each person in my party was served by a different employee because there were a lot of people working. I was originally excited to see that my ice cream was getting a proper sized Braum’s scoop which I hadn’t seen in a while. Then it began to fall apart while the employee was trying to form it into a ball, so she decided to leave half of the nice big scoop in the ice cream box which I guess was easier than fixing it. My resulting scoop of ice cream ended up the smallest one out of my group, and was visually tiny compared to the others. Disappointment to the max.
