Incredibly bad experience today (12/30/2025) with the food side of the operation. Ordered a spicy chicken club but it came out within about 2 minutes and was hard as a rock. Took it up there and they made me another one before I could even get back to my table. It was the same exact way, hard as a rock with hardly any chicken meat. I gave up. At least the fries and cherry limeade were good.
Always had a good experience with the ice cream side here, but won’t bother ordering food from here in the future. Will stick to other Braums who’ve always done great on their chicken sandwiches and don’t precook theirs.

I’ve moved to Missouri from Oklahoma but every year I go back to Oklahoma and I stop at Braum’s and get there ice cream/frozen yogurt/sherbet… if you haven’t tried the Cherry limeade sherbet it’s a must try! Fantastic!

Breyton is seriously one of the nicest workers at Braum’s. Every time I go he’s always super chill and actually seems like he likes his job, which makes the whole place feel way better. He’s really fast with the food and makes sure everything’s right, and he’s always respectful even when it’s busy. Honestly one of the best workers there, and Braum’s is lucky to have him.

In my adventures this week, I’m in Oklahoma City. I don’t usually stop at burger places, but I kept seeing a sign for Brauns burgers. Alright, never heard of them, I’ll give them a try.
I walk in, and immediately notice a little grocery store area. That was totally unexpected, I was expecting a restaurant.
I ordered my food, and it came up very quickly.
I decided to try their mushroom burger with bacon. Never had that before. And let me tell you, I’ll never have it again. That does NOT WORK for me. Throw in mayo and lettuce, this doesn’t work on a mushroom burger. I ended up picking the bacon off.
I tolerated the burger. The fries, I’m not a fry person but they weren’t too bad with the dipping sauce.
I’d come back and try something else, but definitely not the mushroom burger. They were so quick!!

The guy working the cashier and touching my food, his uniform was filthy. The white shirt wasn’t white anymore, and the apron had a potpourri of filth too. A clean uniform isn’t too much of an ask.

Ice cream heaven! Super service. Reasonably priced. Could use a bit better cleaning in dining room and keep drink lids/ketchup/napkins stocked better. Lunch food is good.

I liked Braum’s the food was good. Their burgers were good, and they had crinkle fries. Food was made to order. I got a chocolate shake, was decent. They had a full grocery store inside. The kid that took my order was real nice. But the guy that gave me the order did not want to be there. Overall I wish they had one in Nebraska
