As far as burgers go in Chickasha this is probably going to be your best bet. Sunday’s are extremely busy. Diner area is usually lacking quite a bit on clean tables and staff cleanliness needs to be addressed.

I love it here. I’m on a feeding tube so I can’t eat. But I indulge in ice cream once in a while. It still gets stuck, but man it’s good!! Thank you Braum’s… you’re so amazing! Especially you pineapple and vanilla ice cream and rocky road. I can’t eat the nuts, but I can taste them, and it’s all so amazing!

I’m really just gonna stop going here. My breakfast burrito is never right. Today I came thru and asked for no onion , no jalapeño’s now why the heck do I have the biggest spoon full of onion??? I got my bacon on the side and thank goodness I did there was a thin blonde hair on the last piece so no point of calling in but will be puking after this.
I ask for sausage and bacon other times and they never give me both. I’ve went in to see if it’s just me coming thru the drive thru and the time I did that a little student employee dropped egg on a older lady’s head, now yes they do wear hats but those hats collect sweat and I doubt old lady in there is washing that hat. So I asked for it to be remade and it was still wrong. I’ve brought the food back several times to have it fixed and yet they continue to do it, It’s not an issue of the drive thru it is solely incompetency. The drive thru lady today that handed my husband the food, was rude and threw the sack into the car. Moral of this braums in Chickasha will not be getting my money anymore.
I didn’t get a receipt so no point in going back in , I called up there the first time they hung up on me , the second time I said “so you gonna hang up on me again” and then got to quickly explain. All around terrible customer service. I will be calling corporate tomorrow. This braums needs to go.

It is great to find your grocery items or grab something to eat. They have a great selection of fruits and vegetables, always look for discount pastries and breads. The cashiers are always so very polite in the grocery area and always helpful

Chicken sandwich was over cooked or freezer burned, so half the burger was very tough and hard, therefore not edible. Other people’s food was just perfect.

They were extremely busy and there were 2 employees that stood in front of a register and never helped a single person the entire 25 minutes that I was there. Not once. They stood there and talked to each other. Also, the food prep area was disgusting. From the floor to the tops of the machines on the counters. This was by far the worst Braums I had ever been to. I will avoid this location from now on.

Messed up the order instead of remaking it took the crappy looking sandwich and slapped extra stuff on it very unprofessional pretty sure your not suppose to do that.
Very disturbing watching the guy dusting the ceiling off over all the food and cooking area… enjoy your complimentary dusty burger. Couldn’t this be done at maybe closing time? Not while people are preparing food below the guy?

I usually have a good experience here but this was a little lackluster. They were kind of busy but wasn’t impressed with the outcome…hopefully it’s better next time.
