Got here almost closing time. The staff were super friendly and nice. Orders came out hot and right! I asked for no pickles on my bacon burger with extra mayo. The hubby got a triple patty burger and asked for extra mayo and extra lettuce with NO cheese. They did everything correctly. The fries were salted just right and fried just right. Some small bits were crispy, how I like them. The only small complain I have is that the diet Dr. Pepper was so watered down. But I understand that it can be tricky to get the right mixture combo for these fountain drinks…though, it will be a nice touch to make sure that their beverages taste good, too. The burgers were really good. We will be back for the burgers and fries.

This Braum’s Ice Cream & Dairy Store was awesome. We haven’t visited a Braums in quite some time. Our favorite is the yogurt twist in the waffle cone (of course a large). It was as good as we remember. It was fantastic. We would definitely return to this Braums if we are in this area again. The employees were friendly and fast. The parking was adequate.

Deciding to go to a Braum’s Store is close to playing roulette, you never know whether the service will be good or whether the staff will just ignore and chat in front of you. This visit had one hard working staff member trying to take care of both drive-through and lobby while the other staff members stood just around the corner and chatted about various musicians and weekend plans. When we asked for a spoon, we were told they didn’t have any. Suffice it to say that while the ice cream was delicious, the staff is once again subpar. 🙁

Braum’s usually has quick, competent service, but today was the exception to the rule for sure! First time going to this Brahms and it was a disaster! Pulled up in the Drive-Thru ordered a couple of drinks, and they asked us to pull to the side. When have you ever had to pull to the side to get a drink? We sat out there 10 minutes and no drinks appeared. Had to go into the store and speak to the manager, Jose. He was nice enough, but that place is a disaster! So to sum it all up, if you’re in a hurry, you might just go somewhere else!

The food is great but service is always so slow in the mornings. It’s like they don’t pre-make anything. I always have to pull forward or park to wait on my order. Every, single, time. A bag of burritos and a breakfast sandwich. Common menu items.

Normally I’d go here for they’re delicious shake’s. This time I asked for burgers. It was late in the evening and on my way home from work, told them I wanted a meal with fries. Ended up waiting 15-20 minutes for two dried out burgers, and the fries were almost overdone, and it was a kids meal, had no kids with me, & I’m 47 yrs old. Was disappointed on this visit last week.

5/7/23: Was told to park after making an order for myself and my son. 2 other people were told to park as well; they’ve all left. I’ve been waiting for around 45 minutes (closer to an hour). I’m patient, I get my food and it’s only a small back with french fries in it. I tell the guy what I had and he says “my bad ” and goes back inside. After 5 minutes he come back to me and asked what all I had ordered again. I gave him my receipt to take back. So at this point the shakes we were handed first from the beginning have melted. My family normally loves coming to this location.

Dine in experience was slow paced. It took 12 minutes to get our food. The place was clean and there was someone walking around making sure other tables have been cleared and wiped down.

I went to the little market part to get something to drink and I felt as though somebody was following me and as I am standing at the refrigerator looking at the tea’s, the cashier walked back to the refrigerator 2x (only in the store for 2-4 minutes) and as I am walking to checkout another cashier is standing to make sure I do not walk out without paying. These cashiers did not follow the the customers before or after me. I am African American with dreadlocks and do not need to steal because I am employed.
