This Braum’s outlet on N. Walton in Bentonville was doing a bang-up business when I stopped in this evening to buy an ice cream sundae. That’s a tribute, I think, to the consistent quality of Braum’s meals, its hamburgers, french fries, salads, chicken sandwiches, and so on.
I had to wait a half hour just to order my ice cream. That’s how busy the place was. But the wait was worth it, because it’s hard to beat Braum’s ice cream.

First time visitor. It’s rare for me to give less than 4-5 stars in a review, but I was really disappointed.
We are from many hours away, and Braum’s was recommended to us as a great option to get a milkshake as a light lunch.
The employees were not helpful with the menu – and one snapped at me when they asked me what size cup I wanted. I pointed to what I thought was the milkshake cup and she snapped that the blue cup was for some other item not a milkshake.
Once I received my “shake”, it was basically a cup of straight milk with chunks of ice cream floating in it. Very little to no “mixing” to make it a creamy texture like you normally expect.
I’m sad to say that I wouldn’t choose this as a milkshake stop again.

It’s our quick stop when the kids need a quick burger , salad or shake. For the most part it’s pretty good. Except when I ordered a breakfast burrito that had mustard and pickles in it. It was pretty gross I couldn’t eat it , somehow someone made a mistake

This place is repulsive. Disgusting. They don’t clean because they don’t have enough staff to take care of customers and take care of the store. Frankly, they don’t have enough staff to take care of either. You will wait in line for 20 minutes to get ice cream. If you are on the market side, they don’t staff it so you have to find someone working the food service counter to come to the market area. If you go, look at the milk shake machines and the mix machine. They don’t get cleaned. They often leave trash and old banana peels lying around the ice cream counter. It’s too bad cuz the food is decent, but I’m always wondering what germs are on my food after I’ve waited 20 minutes for it.

I’m not usually a hamburger fan but I loved the guacamole burger here. The selection of ice cream is huge! There’s a small store inside this restaurant with some convenience food items including lots of ice cream. Restaurant was clean, service friendly and the wait for food wasn’t long.

Order is always messed up. Chili is just cut up old burger patties, and the chicken sandwich was spicy despite asking for regular. Live to far to take food back for refund/ swap.

Walked in and saw cook picking up food with bare hands. Asked cashier if they wore gloves and she said yeah and then looked back and saw she was gloveless and looked at me and said sorry. Upon telling the manager the lady who was bare handed making food tried to argue and say she was using a utensil to grab the food. Completely unprofessional and scared away customers. If you want bare handed burgers this is the place!!
