Food always good, but it took them upwards of 20 minutes to get a single number 1 meal out. Ive worked in fast food and they didn’t seem to be understaffed, but i don’t know what their regular staffing is. multiple people were told they would be next and never were next. multiple people left without ordering. It honestly seemed like they were more worried about getting drive thru orders out as they are timed and recorded on how fast those orders get out, but it creates for a very slow dine in experience.

What a shame! This was the nicest place to go under a previous manager. Now it is so dirty we don’t want to go anymore. The employees let food collect on their clothing, the floor, the counters. They don’t know how to cook the food. The chicken strips are half the size they used to be. Braum’s central please listen and take care of this for the sake of your good ice cream product.

I’ve been to Braum’s before, and this was disappointing. The workers were slow, and somehow figured out how to mess up a Sunday.
Two of us ordered sundays and they came out melted and in a cup, nothing like what we thought we were ordering.
The store was slightly messy, having to clean off a table before using it. Thankfully braums has a good place in my heart or I wouldn’t go back.

It’s so bad here. I wish I was being dramatic but I don’t understand at all how/why it’s such a bad experience. We waited an exceptionally long time for our food. I got a vanilla shake with mine, that they brought up and sat in a puddle of melted ice cream/toppings on the counter. When I went back up to check on my order, nobody was making any food and were confused after one of them asked if I had been helped and I told them I was waiting for my food. They asked what I had and then said they were waiting on a chicken patty. When it was ready, my burger was obviously pretty old on a cold bun with a hard slice of cold cheese. The chicken was a regular and should have been a spicy. My daughter took it up so they could remake it, and they made ANOTHER regular.. not spicy, drowned in mayo. We gave up at that point. I can’t wrap my head around what’s going on here.

If your having a hard time financially but want a bang for your buck the bag of burgers is probably the cheapest option around honestly… 6 cheese burgers for less than 10 bucks goes a long way and honestly every time I buy a bag of burgers I almost never finish all of them in one sitting… I’ll get a bag of burgers and literally have burgers to eat for the rest of the day… not literally but you get what I mean lol plus you can’t beat getting frozen yogurt and cheeseburgers at the same restaurant just saying

We love Braum’s in general but this location gave us terrible service. We came in at about 9:45pm (they close at 10:45) which we know is getting close to closing but they still had an hour before closing. They wouldn’t make us any shakes (we were going to order 2-3) because they said they don’t make them that late in the night. Same with the burgers. They made us order chicken sandwiches. We’ve never had a problem with any of those things at other Braum’s locations at the same time of day. They also yelled at us to leave at about 10:35 while we were getting up to leave. Overall, terrible experience. We’ll continue going to the one on College/hwy 71.

Ordered a bag of burritos and even watched them cook it fresh, yet the tortillas were some how still hard and terrible. Also ordered 2 to be different than the other 3 but they gave me all 5 the same. And there was almost no sausage, tomatoes, or onions… Not impressed at all considering i get this same order at least once a week at another braums and its always so much better.

Hopefully management sees this. Ordered a medium fry, and this is what I found in my bag with I got home. No, I was not eating fries on my way home lol I live like 5 minutes away. Service has been consistently bad. I hate to say it but it’s true and it’s been this way every time I’ve visited. Lots of other reviews say the same.

No paper towels in either bathroom, restaurant was filthy, floor was so slippery from grease you could hardly walk, and stood at counter waiting to order for over 5 minutes, ended up leaving.
