I mean, the food and ice cream were great, but the restaurant itself was FILTHY. We found the cleanest table we could (not great) and cleaned it off ourselves. There was a receipt from the last people that sat here, and it was almost 60 before ours. There are TONS of workers, but all of the tables are dirty. Sorry guys!

The food here is terrible! I ordered an Everything bagel w/ cream cheese. When I got it not only was it cold it was very stale. So, I asked for another one. Same thing. I also ordered hash browns. That’s exactly how the menu reads. And assuming that w/ other menu items like biscuits and gravy, they would be regular hash browns. Nope. The were little tater Patty’s. And they were overcooked and tasted like burnt oil.

I went to braums excited and left distraught. Ordered a #5 no pickle add mayo, large fry with braum sauce. Got my burger it had pickle burnt bacon, it had mayo but the large fry I ordered had no sauce I was brokenhearted I could not dip my fries into braums sauce

The ONLY reason I’m doing 4 stars on food is because the chicken in my strips was dried out a bit but everything else was delicious. It was my first time ever eating at a Braums, but it definitely will not be my last! The workers were all very friendly too, and helpful no matter what we needed from them; never made it seem like we were “imposing on their time* like MANY fast food workers do. Great Experience! Great Meal! Great dessert too. I got the banana split…I swear that sucker was the size of my face! It had to come home with me and get finished during a second sitting.

Usually love Braums. Very unpleasant experience this time around. I dont know if yall were short staffed or training new people or what happened but it was an ungodly cluster of noone getting orders in a timely manner. Tried to see if the summer flavors were still around and was told there were never flavors of that kind served. tables not wiped off, people waiting to be checked out ontop of people waiting for food. I got my order before the people four orders ahead of me who only ordered fries… I am not pleased.

Completely terrible on Monday night 9/22. Waited at the ice cream area for 10 minutes without any employee saying a word to us as 3 of them walked by. Then the young guy with the chain around his neck proceeded to stock instead of helping customers. I’m sure the food inspector will be pleased to know you allow people to work with food while wearing jewelry!! From loose hanging necklaces to rings on fingers by the employees!! Will be reporting asap! Maybe management needs a good talking to because obviously they have failed! Maybe fire them!!

I had the chicken fingers at Braum’s and they were so good! The sauce honestly beats Raising Cane’s — so much more flavor. I also tried the strawberry shake, which was creamy and delicious, and the cappuccino chocolate pie was absolutely to die for. Great food, tasty desserts, and a place I’ll definitely be coming back to!
