This is the absolute worst Braums. I rarely leave reviews that aren’t positive because I’m just not a vindictive person. However, nearly every experience at this Braums has been abismal, to say the least.
Today I ordered a trick-or-treat mix and it barely had any candy in it. I feel I need to preface this by sharing that I am the type of person who asks for EXTRA candy in a regular mix.
The whole point of the trick-or-treat mixes is that they have a TON of candy as opposed to a regular mix where there’s not usually very much. It has so little candy in it that it almost feels like they went out of their way to go light on the amount of candy. Check my photo—does that look like a candy bar mix or a regular mix? This was just the proverbial straw that broke the camel’s back.

I’m a regular at Braum’s and they never disappoint. The food is always fresh and the service is consistent. My favorites are the chicken strips and the banana malt. Highly recommend if you want a reliable, great-tasting meal!

Convenient little market inside, slightly north of Douglas and Seneca. A useful place for Delano locals that makes a great last minute stop for dairy and very basic produce and grocery needs. When this Braum’s is on top of its game, the ice cream on the food side is fantastic. However, the hot meals are below average quality even for fast food, and the history of terrible service here, at the counter and the drive thru, ruin most experiences when eating. Fortunately, they usually assign a dependable worker to the dairy store which works perfect for me. With a mini grocery market going for it, this is still a good place to recommend to the neighborhood for that alone.

I love the sausage breakfast biscuits and they are so amazing Mon-Fri but on the weekends it’s half the amount of egg, a thin patty of sausage on an undercooked biscuit, not fresh, undercooked. One time I went and they served me this yellow piece that was maybe a quarter of an egg. I did show that to a weekday lady at the window. So not sure who’s running your store on Saturday and Sundays but yall need to do a quality control check on them cuz it’s a joke. Waited at the speaker for long enough to have them ask to hang on twice.

My husband and I used to love getting the chicken salads from braums. They had a good amount of chicken and it was a go to lunch for us. Now they will only give a chicken strip worth of chicken for the whole salad and it seems like they use the smallest and most sad chicken strip they can use since they cut it up. 🙁

I recently visited Braum’s and had a fantastic experience. Despite the place being busy, we received our food quickly, and it was absolutely delicious. The service was wonderful, and the young lady who helped us was super kind. Highly recommend!!!

Had the Christmas seasonal Pumpkin and Eggnog ice cream sundae. Girl didn’t put whipped cream, nuts, or a cherry on top. Had to get a different worker finish the sundae properly. I’m still wondering why the girl didn’t provide a proper sundae? It’s not as if they don’t make sundaes all day long and she didn’t know how to make one.

I like shopping here because they have most of the basics(eggs, butter, milk, bacon bread). Their hamburger meat is pretty good, they have pork tamales in freezer section that are good. They have some fresh produce. I can almost always get what I need without having to deal with crowds in larger store …plus ice cream, lots of ice cream. Yum.
Update: I love their light wheat bread, it’s soft and not dried out. Their hot dogs are fat and actually are long enough to fill the entire bun. They have jelly and jam in a glass mug. I also recently tried their 5 cheese Texas toast. Soooo good
