The worst breakfast ever. Ordered the big breakfast with ham. Order taker asked me if I wanted.gravy, I said yes.
What i received was dry all but scorched scrambled eggs, ( they could not have been any more.dry.) One small piece fo ham, it.was cold. Way overcooked hashbrowns.
There was no gravy, butter or jelly for.the cold dry biscuit.
I will not.make the mistake again. This was absolutely the worst.

This morning I ordered a sausage biscuit and a diet Dr. Pepper with strawberry jam. I got to window asked the young man may I have another jam. Sara comes to the window tells me 1 packet per item. May I pay 25 cents as McDonald’s I ask. No you only get one. I go I’ve come all week and have found 2. If that is a rule then post as McDonald’s does on your windows. I ended up with a 2nd. But Sara is one of the reasons I do not come cause she has bad mouth me in the pass through the drive through window. $80. dollars a month I spend on breakfast. Not anymore. I really felt sorry for the young man.

My family and I love this store and location. It’s always clean and our food is always fresh. We appreciate the fresh milk they sell that is better for our digestion. The shakes are delicious and always a treat. Customer service is superb!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The last 6-8 months this store has gone down hill. Last 5 times I’ve been in there this has been the situation so its not just a one off. Staff just walks around and doesnt acknowledged your standing at the counter, order is not correct once you get to speak with someone. 10+ minutes. My son and I wound up just leaving 2 times. I really enjoy Braums, but this location has some major management issues. I abhor giving bad reviews, but Braums needs to know if they even pay attention to reviews.

Chicken tenders tasted bad. They had been in a fryer that was used to fry other items. Strawberry Poppyseed Chicken Salad was delicious.

A customer who is diabetic asked for a small thing of peanut butter because her sugar was getting low and they said they couldn’t give her a small cup of it so she went and bought a jar of it very disappointed won’t return because of this other than that they were good when a group of kids came in after the rec volleyball tournament
