We come here regularly for breakfast, but a few times now we’ve arrived towards the end of their breakfast hours and they’ve intentionally ignored the people in the drive through for 10-15 minutes and only will answer after they’ve ran out their breakfast hours. If you tell them you got there before the end of the breakfast hours they’ll lie and say their system won’t let them ring it up anymore (anyone who’s worked fast food before knows that’s not true at all).
Update: Went and got breakfast today 1/24/25 and the food was cold/soggy and the gravy was literally just gravy flavored water. Very disappointed. Braums always had the best breakfast but I may need to go elsewhere for now on.

5 burgers…dry….really dry. Spend for dbl cheese at mcdonalds. Worth more, 2 dollars less. Dont fight off anyone for tye odd leftover burhee for tye two of you. Unless yiur pet opposum is hungry.

Every trash can in the place was overflowing, every surface in the place was disgusting and just unacceptable by any standard. The manager of this place should be fired, as well as the entire staff. To let all the serving surfaces be this dirty and not try to clean them is unacceptable.

We ordered bacon cheeseburgers, expecting the single patty but the doubles were on sale. The patties were overcooked, like they were recycled from a different order and more sauce added. Very messy, not tasty and neither of us had more than a couple bites before we tossed it. Usually this place is better, but I guess Monday after 6pm is not a good time to go.

I usually love this place, but lately the service and food quality has been sub par. Management leaves people alone on shift who don’t know how to do their job. The food isn’t made as ordered and isn’t assembled right, I’m talking chunks of ingredients piled in one place rather than dispersed evenly. I get that they’re probably training people. I’m truly really understanding but this last visit really irked me when she couldn’t split my payment of cash + card even when I told her how to do it. She had to call her manager for help (who clearly didn’t answer) and finally figured it out. Why is management leaving untrained people alone like that?

I don’t typically make reviews but we came for breakfast this morning and it was truly the worst service we have received from any place. The manager Jess is extremely rude. Not personable at all, makes absolutely zero attempt to greet you or take your order. We asked for our cups for our drinks and was told that’s not what they typically do and it was a huge deal. We waited over 15 minutes for food but the second we walked up to the counter to figure out what was going on all the sudden she was getting our order together after standing and talking and when receiving our order it was still incorrect. The guy who was sitting next to us who was also here before us was still waiting on his food as we were finishing and did not receive his food until he went up and asked what was going on. I understand being backed up but there was zero line inside/ outside. Management played a huge role in this and if her attitude was not so disgusting it probably wouldn’t have been as bad as it was.

The service is always pretty slow at the grocery counter, but the store seemed abandoned today. After few minutes of waiting one of the other customers yelled “Help up front” but nobody came. I finally went to the food counter and looked around and saw two younger girls in the kitchen area. I asked for help, and got a couple of blank stares. Finally a younger girl came out and never said a word, rang up my items, handed me a receipt and never said thank you, have a nice day, go to hell or anything. I said “ Thanks, you have a nice day too”. Your staff couldn’t be more rude if they tried.

Absolutely love Braum’s. Everything about them is great. I love how they have a little market inside. Their milk is by far the best! They have a great selection in the market and their menu is also very wide. You can’t go wrong when you stop at any Braum’s. Consistency throughout!

Braum’s is usually a safe bet that it’s going to be a good lunch stop, but not this one. Dirty place and the “jazz” is extremely rude and unprofessional. Hopefully the general manager or location owner sees this. If this girl worked for me, this would be her last day. They definitely need to make some changes.
