Man, that place was dirty A/F! Just gross. Food was horrible, they obviously have school kids that are not wanting to work at all. There’s just a few tables in there and every one of them was dirty. The floor needed mopping, behind the counter was even worse!! MANAGER PAY ATTENTION. Do something, Sunday evening 10/5/2025 9pm. Get a new crew. Please go take lessons from the mgr and crew at 1401 w sunshine. One of the employees threw catsup all over the dining room while I was there

Once again, Mrs. HB had a great recommendation, so we decided to get breakfast at Braum’s.
The food was very good, portion sizes were large, to say the least, but what really stood out at this location was the service.
We will definitely put Brahms in the rotation, especially for breakfast.

I ordered a butter brickle malt and apparently there wasn’t enough. I coukd taste it was diluted with vanilla ice cream. So I’m guessing instead of getting more butter brickle or letting me know there wasn’t enough they diluted it. Did not taste like brickle at all. Dissappointed me.

Problematic!
Long wait, very inconsistent
We had problems between three different orders at our table. I ordered a chicken poppyseed salad. The chicken was room temp and so was the cottage cheese. One friend had fries with his order that were very cold, and the other friend had a genuine frozen fry on her tray! We went up to get our orders fixed, where the fries came back burnt! I do not feel like I can trust the food handling here. Definitely not the Braum’s it used to be.

This is our local Braums that we used to frequent often. But recently the quality of the food has been going down hill. Primarily, it has been the breakfast. Orders also have not been right, mistakes happen, but the quality of the food is something that can be controlled for the most part during preparation. This morning my wife stopped to get 4 breakfast bagel sandwiches. The bagels were so uneven that one side was barely being held together after they were sliced. Portion size is also not very good. My bagel was burned on one side of the bagel and the cheese looked like it was put on 3 days ago. See pics.

My wife and I stopped by on our way home after eating dinner out. Decided we wanted to grab some ice cream and reluctantly went in.
Absolutely surprised we were approached almost immediately by a new manager we had never seen before, order was taken, orders were being prepared and paid for in the first couple of minutes. Then the same manager immediately help another customer that had already ordered, grab what they needed and asked us again if we were good. Before this new manager we would have stood at the ice cream for at least 5 minutes while employees walked by and never acknowledged us.
Hoping this is a new trend for this store. Didnt catch the managers name but things seemed to be running very smooth. A lot of familiar faces so not like it was a complete staff change, just seems to be better leadership.

Salad was a great value for 7.99: gravy with the chicken tenders was lumpy, and low in flavor, fries were hot and salted, hamburger was cooked to order. Always a great value for the price, stagf was great

Love their shakes, but staff is another story. The person that took our money, didn’t say hi one word other then the total. The next window all we heard were crickets they didn’t say anything to us, just stuck our food out the window. Will never visit this one again. Very poor customer service.

This is a great place to eat for a low cost. Their cheeseburgers are good and their fries are even better, but you really go there for the ice cream. Their shakes are handmade and the Sundae’s are delightful.
