Dallas was completely covered in snow, and we decided to go out for a drive just to enjoy it. Somewhere along the way, the ice-cream craving hit and let’s be honest, when that happens, Braum’s is the only answer.
We got there and realized we hadn’t brought our wallet. To make things worse, my tap-to-pay wouldn’t go through. The lady at the counter was incredibly patient and kind she waited while I called my bank and got everything authorized instead of rushing us or turning us away.
That kind of service really sticks with you. And the ice cream? As always, hands down the best in town. Moments like these are why Braum’s never disappoints.

This is my second time in here, and both times (probably a year apart), it’s been filthy inside. If I were the manager, I would be embarrassed that this is the impression my store has. The window sill as soon as you walk in looks like it’s never been cleaned. The floors are covered with stuff. There are drippings everywhere. Nothing looks wiped down. It truly makes me wonder about the cleanliness of the back. The staff is very nice. I hesitate to come back though due to the hygiene practices.

Braum’s ice cream are smooth, light on the sugar compared to others and taste extremely good. My cravings for ice creams kicked back in me after trying out their ice creams. This place is a heaven for all the sweet tooth out there.
It dies have a bakery, need to try it out and I presume they’ll be excellent as well. The quality and quantity of the food items provided by this chain is really good. The location is easily identifiable from the main street and has ample parking space

Person who took our order was incredibly rude didn’t wear a name tag or I would say who it was acted like I was an inconvenience the entire time shouted what do you want impatiently while I was looking at flavors told me “we are out of Everything” despite only being out of two holiday flavors. Threw the cups of ice cream on the counter Infront of me and told me they don’t have lids I get that you hate your job but this was uncalled for. The manager seemed nice though it’s a shame

This place is usually pretty busy, I got a double cone, the second dip on top looked like a half of a scoope. It is a new location so the outside looked good, well maintained. The service is ok, when you pull up to both windows, these teenagers that are working, never smile, not even the managers. We have tried the food before it was ok as well. There ice cream is delicious and I can buy there milk here and it don’t hurt my stomach.
The nee aloha burger is gross. Cheese is to thick, pineapple does not taste well with the meat. The lettuce or spinach is soggy, sauces gets lost in the burger. Not to mention, no ketchup, sauce or napkins. There food is microwaveable and nasty.

I dropped by to grab some breakfast and notice the seating area was so clean and open. The young lady serving me was real patient while I discovered for the first time the scrambled egg variety I could have on my breakfast biscuit.
I had the Mushroom & Spinach…WOW.I also noticed the soda fountain had a private “Filtered Water” dispenser just for us non-soda drinkers. I was impressed. Best Braum’s location I have ever been.

The food was fresh and good ! Price point is good. Ice cream is great, however the restaurant is not clean. Dirty tables , crumbs all over benches , spills and dried up ketchup spills by the drink fountain. It’s unfortunate ! We won’t be back to this location.

We love pretty much everything from Braum’s. My wife and I we come to this locations very often. This time we had the old style banana split, it was delicious! This location is fairly new and they are doing a great job at being fast! Staff is always nice and friendly!!

A server named Shelby gave me the worst, rudest customer service. My sister and I asked for raspberry sorbet and she very rudely cut us off while we were talking to tell us they didn’t have any. We asked for double scoop in a cup and when we got to the window, she gave us a cone. We asked for a cup (again!) to which Shelby rolled her eyes and took the cone back. We had to ask for 2 spoons twice. Incredibly rude.
