A great place to get ice cream, I’ve visited this location several times in the past, but tonight was totally chaotic. It seems that everyone was new, which would explain the confusion going on. You had an assistant manager who was totally lost on the cash register on what to do, perhaps in training, and that would be understanding. I ordered 4 selection of ice cream this night and all were melting away while they tried to fix my last ice cream request, so by the time I made it home with the ice cream they were all totally melted. I expect, which they’ve always have in the past, will do better next time. I was not happy about the melted ice cream we could not enjoy once I reached home. I love Braum, so I will be going back…

Great fast food restaurant. The burgers are good, the fries are good, the shakes are really good. And I love stopping by the market to pick up a gallon of A2 milk for a really great price. Highly recommend trying their milk, it’s the best! also extremely convenient if I need to pick up some veggies in the market.

We stopped by to get ice cream cones before the fireworks. Because of that, the line was very long. However, it was handled very well and actually move quickly for the amount of cars that were there. And of course ice cream was delicious! Thanks guys!

The prices are great for ice cream. Not breaking the bank to get ice cream for the whole family. There were lots of flavors. We got the vanilla soft serve cone, strawberry cone, strawberry shortcake, and hot chocolate cone. All the flavors were delicious! Love it and highly recommend! Plenty of parking there. And you can also buy containers to bring home.

Sadly, I just left the drive through with chocolate chip cookie dough and a vanilla cone for my kiddo that had to be thrown away. As I was eating the cookie dough ice cream I found not one, not two but three medium sized hairs within the ice cream. I threw the first one away, kept looking inside and just kept finding more until I just threw it all away.

Pull up to an empty restaurant with hardly any cars in the parking lot and no cars in the drive through, place my order, and pay. The worker says we are still working on your food and to please pull ahead. Why?? There are no cars in front or behind me. No signage on where to pull forward to. So tired of places that do this. Won’t be back.
