Would give zero stars if possible. Came in for a burger special and was told they couldn’t do it because “it is still a couple of minutes before lunch.” It was 3 minutes to be exact!!! First of all who is eating breakfast at 10:27?!? That is insane!! Breakfast stops by 7 am and then we want REAL FOOD!!! Secondly who refuses to put in an order for a bacon cheeseburger meal, literally 3 minutes before it is “time” when the billboard out front plus 3 signs outside plus signs inside are all advertising it?!? What a waste!! Won’t ever be back!! Terrible service, FALSE advertising!! And, I am a huge Braums fan, grew up in Oklahoma and had interactions with the people who invented the restaurant chain. But this is the second one in Texas that U am having issues with. Don’t lie and advertise something you refuse, very rudely, to serve!

The burgers we got look gross. Hardly any lettuce on the burgers. The burgers look like smash burgers but worse. I’m from Oklahoma where Braums started and if they see how shitty this food looks they’d be pissed.

Braums has been a go-to since I was a little kid. High quality food at very reasonable prices. The ice cream is always fresh and awesome. The little market is nice for a few things when you’re in a hurry.

Very mid for a new location. We’ve already been at least 3 times since they’ve opened this new location and everytime they mess up our order. They’ve even messed up with a simple drink order, sweet tea no ice…I get tea no sweet. Another order, was bag of burgers, plain with cheese. We got bag of burgers with pickles, ketchup, but no cheese! Seriously, I know training a new work staff comes with some obstacles but sheesh get it together. I’m sure I’m not the only one with this complaint, but wish yall well.

Opened June 18th. The restaurant was nice and new, not too dissimilar from every other braum’s I’ve been to. It was busy but they handled the crowd well. The food was good and everyone that worked there was very courteous. They have a small grocery section with the basics, fruits, vegetables, breads and of course ice creams.

Today is February 28, 2025 approximately 8:07 PM I went in there and I ordered me a rock Road single Sunday and a kids meal to be able to eat the young man that attended me was absolutely wonderful he said oh I’m so sorry man we just ran out of ice cream but if you give me a second I’ll call the corporate and tell them to send me some he said especially for you since you’re so beautiful and oh my God that made me laugh but at the same time that made me feel good
