Bag food came in was on the floor with employees shoe prints on it hashbrowns in a dripping clump over fried and hard. Biscuits and gravy I got a double I’m not complaining about the quantity so much as it was overflowing out of the container like a cup filled right to the edge it starts to become a waterfall.

We left an event at Intrust and got to this location at approximately 10:55 pm. All lights were on. Three employees were standing outside, doing what appeared to be as smoking. They watched us walk up, just for us to find out that it’s closed. So we decided to see if the drive through was open because one of the employees outside had a headset on. We waited in the drive through without a reply. We then discovered that this location closed at 10:45pm. Common courtesy would have been to say either time that they were closed. Also, maybe not leaving the place lit up.

The night manager (lady) is completely rude and very unprofessional. She treated her assistant manager like total garbage and accused him of charging wrong prices for a double dip. She ripped out icecream from him and said its all wrong and quickly and sloppily put the new icecream in a sundae container. They weren’t supposed to be sundaes. She charged us sundae prices and put hot fudge on top. I did want to argue with her because it wasn’t worth it especially after seeing how she treated her coworker. I felt bad for those working with her. She talks like garbage to them

Still sopping at the Braum’s in Wichita! Service at theBraum’s Fresh Market always is non-existent. No customers in the store, no one is working in sight. If they are busy all help is behind the ice cream counter and Fresh Market is still empty an employee to check out. It has always been easier to swing by the Braum’s in Wichita and pick up what we need on the way back to Goddard. Fast and easy.

Food was good. Service was lacking in all aspects. No greeting, no how can I help you. Just a glare from behind a mask, unhappily waiting for a decision. “Charlie, slammed each cup on the counter. Only question asked was “here or to go”. No thank you, no nothing, just the cost of the meal. Please teach your people proper P.R. with customers. Disappointed!!!
