I went to this Braums yesterday on my way home. I ordered a 4 cheese burger meal with no salt fries. As I was driving, I ate the fries that were salty, but it happens.
When I got home, my roommate asked for a favor, and I helped him before remembering that I hadn’t eaten yet. When I went to eat my burger, I found there were chicken stips in my bag instead.
Look, it’s cheat day and all I wanted was a burger, so even though it was probably half an hour after I ordered I decided to go back to Braums and try to get what I actually ordered.
The crew inside this Braums was amazing! When I walked in to explain what happened, they had already been waiting for me after discovering the mix-up. They assured me it was no problem and asked me to wait while they remade my food.
It was a little bit of a wait, as expected, but while I was waiting, no less than 5 employees checked to make sure I had been helped.
I got my burger and a fresh batch of salt free fries and left there a happy woman.
I was so impressed by the level of service I received!

Just picked up lunch for my family and got 3 unblended milkshakes. It was a scoop of ice cream & milk on top. I got 1 malt & you could see all the unblended malt floating in the milk on top and to top it off everyone had under cooked fries. I will pick a different braums next time.

6/15/24 @ 8:50am.. pulled up to drive thru speaker. Was promptly greeted and asked if I could wait a minute. I said “Sure”… watching the clock I waited exactly a minute then asked “How about now?” She replied, “Sir we have a lot of orders, it’s going to be a minute.” There were 3 cars in the parking lot and only me in the drive thru lane. I said, “It’s already been a minute and I need to go.” She said, “If you don’t like it you can go somewhere else.” So I did.. NEVER going back. And I was a frequent customer.

So far. So fresh. We were all starving after my diabetes soccer tournament final. It was right in the middle of lunch time. We couldn’t believe the flavor and freshness. We were expecting bland fast food. Thanks Braums! We’ll have to come again!

I order a candy bar mix and I put my spoon in and it was numerous hairs that were not mine. I was so pissed I didn’t even go back. I thought they had on hair nets then I’m thinking the young kids working there did it deliberately. I will never return there. Came here on Feb 22 around 8 PM. I was greeted by a super helpful and polite guy on the drive thru speaker (his named was Haneef, not sure if I am spelling it correctly). I ordered modifications on all three of my sandwiches and they were delivered both fresh and made exactly as requested! I have been here several times and have never had a bad experience.
