the 4 Cheese Burger at Braum’s and it did NOT disappoint. The cheese combo was perfect — melty, flavorful, and packed on just right. The burger itself was fresh and cooked great. But let’s talk about that Braum’s sauce… it really takes it to another level.
If you haven’t tried the 4 Cheese Burger yet, you’re missing out. Definitely going back for round two!

Well what can I say but yuck! So disappointed at the new Braums. We have all been waiting for a long time to finally get one. And so disappointed by how disgusting it is every single time we go in there. Such a mess, the floors, all the tables, everywhere!!! Says ALOT about the people they have managing it. The evening manager stirs up the young kids acting stupid and immature. And every one is so lazy!!! They cater to the drive thru people. We have stood for over 5 minutes at the counter inside to order only to be looked at and ignored by everyone of them several times!
I could say more but honestly why???? Nothing will change….come on corporate do something about your stores and your managers!
And the photos don’t do it justice! This is a brand new store and trashed already!

Arrived at 3:45 on a Saturday. It was moderately busy, Ordered the crispy chicken club, hold the veggies and mayo. Got a sandwich with nothing but chicken. Took it back to the counter. Got the sandwich back with a cold slice of cheese added. They were out of unsweet tea as well. Wife and I both noticed the floor was extremely dirty with food under multiple tables and crushed fries on the floor. Really poor first time and likely last time experience.

Check the photo uploaded. This is a product sold at Walmart Longview for $2. This same product is sold at Braum’s next to Walmart, for almost $5!!!
You go in, its chaos too. Most of the workers have no idea of customer service, its chaotic, dirty counter, floor is messy too with food etc.
One of the server on ice cream, OMG! I felt disgusted. I threw away the banana ice cream outside. She had no gloves, and was putting all her hand and arms inside the fridge to take a scoop. The icecream touched her arm… i was about to vomit. I paid, took it and threw it away.
Although I met the District Manager Darell Coppedge and also sent him our packaging solution – I got no reply.
This location is chaotic with workers, who have no experience. It needs good management and servers and good hygiene.
I will edit this if they plan to change! And pls reduce your pasta sauce price – this is called Scam $4.8 to $5 more than double the price at Walmart.

Yesterday I purchased bag o burgers and 2 burgers didn’t have meat on them..It was just bread with pickles n ketchup. Today I went and purchased the same thing and the meat was all burned up,All 5 of em.Not sure what’s up.The burgers are usually awesome there.

I normally like Braum’s, but this location really dropped the ball. I ordered the Deluxe Burger Bag, which is supposed to be an upgrade from the Junior Burger Bag — over $10 more — because it comes with lettuce, pickles, onions, and tomatoes.
What I got looked nothing like the photos. Their advertised burger shows three pickles… I counted exactly *one* on mine. The lettuce wasn’t even the same kind they show on the website, and the way the burger was put together looked like someone made it while blindfolded. The whole thing was falling apart before I even touched it.
For the price difference, I honestly should’ve just bought two Junior Burger Bags and saved myself the disappointment. The Deluxe and the Junior are basically the same thing here — except one costs way more for ingredients that don’t actually show up.
Taste-wise, the McAlester, Oklahoma Braum’s location is miles better. This one needs to step it up, especially with presentation and consistency.

We are thankful you came to Longview!! We have been coming here every weekend for our ice cream after we go grocery shopping. We would like to give a BIG thank you for being open during the ice we had a few weeks ago. We ate there both days. Y’all have friendly people and it’s always clean.
