We visited this steakhouse today around 1:00 PM to celebrate Valentine’s Day. We had a reservation and were really looking forward to a special afternoon together. The food was great — we spent about $240 on our meal, and everything was delicious.
After we finished eating, my husband and I decided to move to the bar for drinks. We didn’t want to keep occupying our table since we were already done with our meal. The bar area was completely empty, so we thought it would be the perfect place to relax and continue celebrating.
We each had three drinks and paid $88 at the bar. We were having a quiet, respectful conversation — not loud, not disruptive, simply enjoying our Valentine’s Day together. Out of nowhere, a manager approached us and very abruptly told us they could not continue serving us and that they “can’t have people at the bar.” The tone was rude and unnecessary.
There was no issue with our behavior, and no explanation that made sense given the bar was empty. The way it was handled completely ruined what was supposed to be a special afternoon for us.
It’s disappointing because the food was good, but the lack of professionalism and courtesy from management left a very bad impression. Unfortunately, that experience overshadowed everything else.

Booked a table in advance and got in on time. Staff were very kind, attentive, and timely. The meat selection was good and the salad bar had a good variety. At the end of our dinner we had a great recommendation for dessert and our server surprised us with a decorated plate for our anniversary. Upon leaving the host got out of his way to open and hold the door for us. Overall we enjoyed our dinner there and will come again. Highly recommend to people in the area.
Thank you to the restaurant staff for giving us a memorable dinner and for the doing all the small things right. Keep doing the small things and the big things will eventually take care of themselves.

For our first time here the ambiance, food and service was absolutely amazing!!!! Everything was so delicious from the salad bar, to the drinks, many choices of meats including fish and shrimp, Cinnamon Pineapple, and desserts were absolutely delicious!!!!! Lucas is an amazing server making sure our date night was a huge success!!!! Definitely making sure we come here more often!!

From reservations, arrival, greetings & seating, everyone was warm & welcoming. Our overall dining experience was outstanding! I had spoken to Andreia about requesting a quieter location away from the center hustle & bustle because of my son’s ASD & we were given the perfect corner table. They were so thoughtful in also lowering the volume of the music for him — I didn’t even think to ask it of them: we were told by the superb Host (or maître d’) that they would be doing it for us when he seated us. We had never been here before but that First Impression will always stay with me ❤️.
The ambiance was both vibrant and upscale with the attentive and friendly passadores/gauchos circling the dining room and ensuring that any upturned green card was served in a timely manner. We thought that the pacing was pretty perfect. Along with the excellent choices of meat, they had seasoned grilled shrimp and a lightly grilled salmon with a sumptuous maracujà (passion fruit) sauce.
Their “salad bar” was an impressive buffet! Yes, there were salads but also pasta dishes both hot and cold as well as a beautiful selection of cheeses and charcuterie (lovely brie & prosciutto, too). Hot soups, breads and vegetable sides, too. Idk if they always have other hot offerings but since it was Thanksgiving, there were mashed potatoes, gravy (sooo good & velvety), stuffing, cranberry sauce & juicy roast turkey.
We were so stuffed but couldn’t pass up the decadently rich Brigadeiro truffles with some strong espresso to top off our meal.
Overall, I highly recommend dining here & will definitely be back again. I’ll be copying & pasting this review on Yelp! & Google reviews so that people can know just how great our dining experience was ☺️. Thank you everyone for making it such an enjoyable experience.

Love the different selections of meats available, perfect for when you can’t decide on what to have. The cheesy garlic bread is delicious. The cinnamon pineapple is our favorite part and why we keep coming back.

Amazing experience dining here today with my mother. Atmosphere is great, staff is attentive and informative, and food is fantastic! Elegant dining experience paired with savory food. The salad bar is a nice addition to supplement the steaks and other items that were delivered to your table. I wish I had a bigger stomach capacity, but I was filled and satisfied regardless. Mother loves it too! We would love to visit again next time with a bigger party or a future occasion.
