We were invited to dine with friends at Brasa Churrasqueria and were not certain what to expect. Our server was great, explaining the cocktail offerings in detail. The menu was varied and the food was quite good. I am not experienced with Brazilian cuisine, but the taste was great and everything we had was very good. I will definitely return to try some of the other offerings.

We loved this place. The ambiance is relaxing and the staff was really friendly. Jessica was our server and was really attentive and recommended some really good items from the menu. I am not a big beef fan but I tried my husband’s steak and it was like butter – soft and just melts in your mouth. The dessert was a delicious and really pretty smores cake. Will definitely be back when we come to New Orleans again!

My waitress was inattintive throughout the night. I ordered a steak and it took 45 minutes to come out. On top of that my steak was undercooked and so was my dates. I sent them both back and they came out undercooked for a second time. After that I asked for the check and some to go boxes. I heard such good things about this place and I was very disappointed.

Great South American dining experience. Steaks were cooked perfectly, wait staff were warm and inviting, we were seated right away for our reservation, and the food was all around pretty good. Recommended to anyone looking for a good South American steakhouse. The avocado asado is something I’ve never had before, and it was delicious. There were plenty of people coming in to sit at the bar, and the other dining side seemed to be pretty full, but our food came out hot and without issue. Only issue we had was with the payment, which was taken care of after leaving with a quick phone call. Was assured through photos and texts that everything was taken care of for the restaurant, wait staff, and myself. Issues can arise, but it was really nice to have confirmation of everything (with the option of picking up the new receipt the following day).
We decided to try this place since Baru is a favorite of ours. We’re glad that we did because now we have a new, classy place to enjoy a meal. They were also really accommodating with a delicious piece of blueberry, chocolate, and marshmallow cake, since our reservation stated our meal was for a birthday. Big thank you to Brasa for the great dining experience!

Fantastic atmosphere, warm ambiance that is inviting and authentic. The wagyu steak is great (as expected) and the fish of the evening was speckled trout. The absolute star of the evening however was the tuna ceviche, id skip the mushrooms and the short rib mac and cheese was ok (there was no meat in it, but seeing as though the other appetizers were phenomenal it was an afterthought)
