Nestled inside the Hilton Niagara Falls/Fallsview Hotel and Suites, Brasa showcases the flavours and cultural flair of Brazil. Following a centuries-old tradition of cooking on an open fire, diners can experience endless cuts of succulent beef, pork, lamb, and chicken carved tableside in the style of authentic Brazilian gauchos. A two-sided disk is used by diners to signal when they’re ready for these sizzling skewers: green means More, please! and red means I’ve had enough, for now. Eat as much as you want at your own pace.

The food was the real standout. Everything on the buffet was packed with flavour. The meats were juicy and staff was very friendly and accommodating. the sides were fresh and tasty and constantly replenished. We kept going back for more because there was so much variety and everything looked and smelled fantastic.
The only downside was that the buffet line moved a little slowly since it’s the Christmas season and there were lots of work parties. But once you get your plate, the food makes it completely worth it.
Overall, the service was friendly, the vibe was great, and we genuinely enjoyed the whole experience. We’d definitely come back and recommend it to anyone looking for a solid place to eat in Niagara.
However, the food didn’t quite match the price. The buffet lacked variety, and while the grilled pineapple was tasty the rest of the food items were barely ok, much of the meat served at our table was very tough and hard to enjoy. The desserts barely had any taste. At a high price point, the selection and quality didn’t feel worth it this time.
Overall: Great for the party vibe and entertainment, but the food quality and variety could be better for what you pay.
We absolutely loved the food! I don’t even know what type of meats I had, they came around so fast. You do get a menu telling what meats they will be serving. The grilled pineapple!! OH MY!!!! SO GOOD! The buffet with all the sides was super clean, fully stocked and had plenty of choices, as well as sushi. Servers were very friendly and prompt.
We really enjoyed the food.
Now for the part we HATED! This is my opinion only, so take it for what it’s worth . On Fridays and Saturdays, they have a live band and dancers. It was so stinking loud we were practically yelling at our table to talk to each other and the server. Other than that we really enjoyed and would love to go back sometime when they do not have a band.
The service was professional and courteous.
Beyond the meat, the buffet for the sides was generous. A lot of things and choices that you won’t find in a typical buffet. All high end and delicious.
The meat servers were passing often. The meat was salty, as per typical Brazilian cuisine.
We will definitely go back the next time we visit Niagara.
That said, the meat service was disappointing. As with other Brazilian steakhouses, the meat was consistently served too rare—almost always very pink and bleeding. Medium-rare is acceptable, but this was noticeably undercooked to the point of being unappetizing. On top of that, the selection of meats was limited.
I ordered a caipirinha, which was extremely bitter. I asked for it to be remade, and although they did redo it, it came back essentially the same. It seemed like the bitterness came from the white pith of the lime, and the drink had far too much ice—nearly the entire small glass—leaving very little actual cocktail.
Toward closing time, when I went back to the buffet for more food, staff had already started removing the labels describing the dishes, even though it was still before closing. While one staff member waited for me to finish before continuing, it still felt premature and a bit rude.
Service was inconsistent. One of the meat servers was very polite, another was noticeably rude, and the rest were just okay. On the positive side, our waitress was professional, attentive, and kind throughout the meal. Near closing, someone also came by to ask if we needed anything else before shutting down, and what we ordered was brought fairly quickly.
Unfortunately, the Coke did not taste right at all. Additionally, I ended up with a stomach ache afterward, which I suspect may have been caused by something from the buffet—possibly the quail eggs.
Overall, there were some positives, especially the variety of the buffet and the professionalism of our waitress, but the undercooked meat, inconsistent service, drink quality, and end-of-night experience made this visit underwhelming
