Had a wonderful experience last night at Tideline!! Frank was an amazing bartender/server. We ate on the beautiful patio by the ocean. Frank was attentive, knowledge about dishes, and his positivity was so pleasant!! The drinks were beautifully crafted, and food was delicious. Service is so important and he made the meal enjoyable and memorable : )

Our stay at Tideline Palm Beach Resort & Spa was a great experience. The Hotel is very well kept and in a great location. The staff are very friendly, courteous and attentive. The room was very spacious and clean and the bed very comfortable. The beach area is private for the Hotel guests and the staff, Shane, was very friendly and attentive. We had breakfast and dinner at Brandon’s, the Hotel restaurant, and the food was delicious. Our server, Leisy, was wonderful. She helped us with choosing some of our plates and treated us with friendliness and kindness. She made our meals that much more special. Thank you Leisy. We also had drinks at the bar area and Mario the bartender was wonderful as well. He was very friendly and courteous, and the drinks he prepared were delicious. He even delivered to our room a pizza that we ordered with him. Thank you Mario. The entire staff were wonderful. We will definitely stay at the Tideline again and highly recommend it. We were treated like Royal guests and we enjoyed our vacation very much.

Tuna poke was a joke. Tiny pieces of Tuna with nachos in the menu were a different description. Also we order Hummus, and mushrooms pizza. I don’t recommend those options. Is a beautiful place but the food is no good.

Was on staycation and checked out the bar and restaurant. I myself truly enjoyed the view, the atmosphere at night and during the day on the beach. The food was good and so were the drinks. I love how they have the lighting and the little water fall thingy inside by the spa. There’s a sushi spot right next to it which I will leave good review too because all together with the staff and service, pretty cool 🙂

Only the ambiance at Brandon’s at Tideline is truly five-star, with glass walls blocking the wind to make the oceanfront outdoor seating comfortable even on a breezy day. However, the service and food were disgracefully disappointing. We were constantly neglected and struggled to get a waiter for basic requests; we had to hunt down a staff member for a spoon for the yogurt parfait and were never offered a water refill. The kitchen also failed, serving cold Eggs Benedict. To top off the negative experience, our simple $60 breakfast for two (with only water) included a mandatory 20% gratuity, which clearly removes all incentive for attentive service. The complete lack of basic hospitality combined with the mandatory, high price makes this restaurant an extremely poor value.

We ordered two pizzas and they had absolutely no flavor at all. None. We literally had to ask for salt and pepper just to be able to eat them.
The staff was polite, but the service was unbelievably slow. It took forever to get our pizzas, even though the restaurant was completely empty.
Paying $65 for two pizzas like this is a rip-off. Very disappointing experience.

GO for a peaceful afternoon with someone you love or for a little alone time for yourself. Bottomless brunch ends at 2, lunch ends at 4! Enjoy the food and cocktails, they make a nice dark and stormy. Enjoy the ocean if you wish. A bit pricey and food was a meh, but hey you are on the beach and feeling nice and calm. The ceviche was great. Chicken satay was good. She loves the burrata, me I found it a bit too milky. I had the steak and eggs, the steak was overdone the eggs underdone by my preferences. I love coming here, especially for the breakfast at Brandon’s! Their French toast is so soft and the berries are always fresh. Also, the veggie omelet is always cooked to perfection. The service has never disappointed me, with the waiters always asking if I need anything. I would highly recommend arriving when the restaurant opens because sitting at the outside tables is very beautiful.

We came in to visit Brandon’s during happy hour, it was wayyy too hot to sit outside so we opted for the bar. Our bartender ( I believe her name is Amanda) was super friendly. She chatted with us and was super attentive. The next bartender that came after shift change was just as great ( I forgot his name) A couple of our friends referred this spot to us and to our surprise they were walking in to meet us as we were having a drink. They had a bad experience with the manager Mimi, who seems to be very negative with a child like behavior. She scolded an employee in front of everyone which is very unprofessional in any business. I don’t support businesses with management like this, who feel like they are untouchable and can do whatever they feel, even if it’s wrong. The GM took care of the situation, but if he wasn’t there, I’m sure it wouldn’t have ended nicely. Other than that, it was a good experience. However, there is a reason this place is always empty and it’s not the employees fault. It’s a beautiful location with direct ocean view and on the beach but we most likely will never return.

I had a great time at Tideline last night! Frank was a fantastic server and bartender. We dined on the lovely patio overlooking the sea. Frank paid attention, knew a lot about the food, and had a really nice attitude! The cuisine was excellent, and the drinks were exquisitely made. He made the supper memorable and pleasurable, which is why service is so crucial.
