I cannot say enough good things about Brain Food Palace in Long Island! I recently ordered their fruit and veggie platters for our work lunch, and they were absolutely stunning. The presentation was next-level from the vibrant mix of fresh greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, and shredded carrots, to the meticulously arranged fruits like strawberries, kiwi, pineapple, grapes, oranges, and cantaloupe. They even added a carved pineapple center that made the platter look like a piece of art!

Walked in and got a pleasant greeting ! Ordered the Caribbean Mango smoothie, an Up Rise and a Jerk Plantain patty .
Yooooo the Carib Mango goes crazy ! It’s so good!
Then I took a bite of the patty and omg insanely great perfect flavors .
I’ll drink the “Up Rise” tomorrow and I’m sure it will be satisfying . Super happy I visited this lovely gem .
