I ate dinner at Bradstreet Crafthouse while staying at the InterContinental MSP. The restaurant was clean in the decor was fun to look at. There were books and games and other objects all along the walls of the dining area. My favorite was the giant scrabble board on the wall with magnetic pieces.
The staff was attentive and helpful to understand the different items on the menu. The crab noodle was citrus forward which I really liked but my partner thought was a bit too much. The walleye sandwich was very tasty and just what I needed after a long travel day.
They have a good selection of MN beer and it is served nice and cold.

The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was festive and lively. We had a fantastic time. The service was impeccable. The chicken wings were crispy, but the crab noodle was too lemony for our taste. However, the chicken skewers were absolutely perfect! We also tried the mango habanero cider, which was made from a local brewery. It had a wonderful flavor!

Located inside the International MSP hotel, Bradstreet is a cozy restaurant where you will enjoy delicious food with a supper club like ambience.
Staff is friendly, service is prompt, drinks were above expectations as they had stiff pours that weren’t watered down.

I’ll start with the positive point. The waitress who served us was very nice. But the Caesar salad I got had too much of dressing on it and was kind of soggy. And the grilled chicken in the salad was kind of burnt.

Natalie was absolutely the most hospitable person ever! Traveling from Manhattan on business and we were able to snag a booth in the back- which usually you’d worry about service when seated at the back of a place, right? Not tonight, and we really appreciated her enthusiasm. She explained the whole menu and made sure we got everything we needed. I had a demanding client with me and she not only made sure his drink was on point, but that the food was paired well too. Thanks again and I won’t be venturing far from the hotel the next time I come.

Super nice staff, beverage offerings were quality, and the menu looks good but the recipes and menu execution was a train wreck!
I ordered a few small plates:
I ordered the 6 raw oysters for $24. The mignonette sauce (typically a delicate shallot, herb and champagne vinegar variation) was served ON THE OYSTER and was so spicy, after I at the first one, its all I could taste and really could not tase any of the oysters at all. ALSO, at a restaurant like this, the oyster should be removed (disconnected) from the shell completely, while they are shucking the oyster. Leave the sauce off, if you are going to put on something that aggressive with its spice.
I also had the pork belly bao buns! Normally a dish I would really enjoy! Except this pork belly was so over cooked, you could not even chew it (I know some people think its too fatty, but its supposed to be fatty, I’m OK with that!) This was not even chewable it was so hard (I think they were going for the crisp skin, and missed that goal, by a lot)! The “hoisin type” sauce was pretty nice, but the dish wan not edible. ALSO the “bun” was obviously store bought, which would be fine, but they didn’t even serve it warm or finish it properly, and not being steamed, it was incredibly dry and inedible.
I finished with the profiteroles. Albeit, not a traditional recipe, they were not bad. I am not sure they would make my list to order again , but I was able to enjoy them and not leave hungry.
The guest beside me ordered the Charcuterie. I’m happy I didn’t get that dish either! It looked like a grocery store salami and cheese plate, with “pickled vegetables” (broccoli and carrots on this one?). The grilled baguette looked appropriate for a dish at this type of establishment, but the balance of the plate was very “grocery store” quality, in its presentation.
All and all, I expected more. This is an Interconnectional Hotel. I stayed for a reason, and quality food on site, was one of those.
This pub was a ……… food disappointment. So much so, it made me feel bad for the staff. Especially when you hear them TRYING to PROFESSIONALLY AND TACTFULLY give guests honest opinions about the dishes, when asked.
Floor Manager, Bartender and Waitstaff, were all super professional, polite and the reason I hope they can get this menu in a servable condition.

I love staying at this hotel as a start to my vacation!!! The Bradstreet inside the hotel is soooo good. The drinks are finaminal! I love the Layover and the LaVoya! The Pimento Cheese Dip with house chips is amazing!!!

The walleye was great its a starter but a meal in itself. The galic fries are worth it if they are free with your meal they are enough for 3-4 people to share. I wish they tosses the fries in the garlic sauce before bringing them out so it Melts into the fries evenly but that’s just a preference.

Really great food — I had an impossible burger with a really nice fresh salad. Service is always friendly. Prices for food are reasonable ($20 for burger and salad), but the drinks are overpriced. My normal IPA set me back $12. I don’t think that foosball table in the photo is still there.

So after 11 hours of delayed flights we finally made it to Minneapolis. This restuarant is in the Intercontinental hotel which is connected to the airport. They had a limited late night menu which has a pretty good variety. But because of black Friday and the crazy weather I am sure the food would of probably been better. Now the only reason I even gave 3 stars is because of how friendly the staff were. The Cobb salad was good for my standards because I love balsamic vinaigrette but if you are not a fan put the dressing on the side. They put way too much on there. My son got the Bradstreet burger which was good also but the caesar salad was way too fishy so if you dont like the taste of fishy dressing you probably dont want it. (Because its probably made from scratch) The shoe string fries were good (had to replace the salad) I ordered the artichoke crab dip which is served with a very dried type of baguette. It says crackers but its bread. This dip does not skip out on the crab. Its delicious! I also got the Flamingo which was a wonderful and refreshing drink made with rum and coconut water. But for a restaurant that charges the prices they do for the food… I thought it could of been better.
