I ordered the Grilled Chicken Chipotle bowl for lunch today, the order came quickly however there was a HUGE DEAD MOTH at the bottom of the salad. Of course I didn’t notice until most of my food was gone, but this is very concerning as far as food safety goes. If you aren’t noticing huge dead moths in your food, what is going on?!?! Will not be ordering from here again, which is sad because their food is really good.

I ordered for delivery to my job for lunch. I ordered Salmon with orange sauce. I received a small container of the orange sauce that was half full for a large bowl of rice. It did not taste or look like orange sauce that I’m use to. And you see by the pic someone scorched the Salmon and served it anyway. The burnt flavor was in the lettuce and rice. Nothing was edible. HIGHLY, disappointed. My son tried this place last week and loved his food. The pic he sent me looked fantastic. Whoever made this did not care about quality.

0 stars would be ideal. Worse experience ever. I ordered them on doordash for the first time and was extremely disappointed. Not sure what place allows burnt food to be served. Its all you could taste. My total was $40 and I couldn’t even eat it. Absolutely do NOT recommend.

Ordered the dumplings ( chicken) well cooked, they were delicious, maybe best I’ve ever had! Also got the orange chicken bowl grilled, chicken was flavorful and rice were great. Will definitely order from here again next time I’m in Milwaukee.

Everything I have tried from here has been delicious!! The chipotle aioli adds a nice kick to the dish, while the orange chicken is sweet and savory. The crispy sesame fusion bowl is also worth trying, as it brings a unique twist with great texture.
Additionally, the crispy dumplings are exceptional—crispy on the outside and filled with flavor.

I haven’t actually been inside Bowls of Rice but this is my offices favorite place to order lunch from. Today they went above and beyond and added this adorable note!! I will choose this place over and over again because of the high quality of the dishes but now I want to give them all my money bc this was so sweet, lol.

Bowls of rice was highly recommended to us, which was weird knowing it was a ghost kitchen. The food was so average and nothing stood out. We got the crispy jalapeño herb aioli chicken bowl and crispy garlic aioli chicken bowl and were disappointed by both. Not much sauce, dry rice, dry chicken, and bowls that look thrown together. We could have made the bowls at home for much better quality. Portions were on the smaller side and did not feel like we got our moneys worth. There are tons more places to get a rice bowl from. Please do not order from here, it’s a ghost kitchen, they will be fine not serving half assed rice bowls.

ON TIME SECURITY
Great take-out experience. The autonomous systems put in place ensure a smooth experience, and they tend to leave a note in the bag to give it that human touch.
