Great place to eat!!!. I was really impressed of how the employees greeted me with a friendly tone. I also feel comfortable eating here, especially when you see the cooks using a FOOD THERMOMETER!!! for all the meats!!That’s a big deal for me and ensures I always get a cooked food. Also no skimpy portions. The bowls are full of good quality vegetables and meat.. I don’t know about other locations, but this one is a great place!!

First time here, the menu was so easy to read and loved how it lists the protein content for everything. I built my own salmon bowl, which they make fresh to order. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with suggestions. They were so apologetic about the wait for the salmon, even though I wasn’t in a hurry and preferred it made fresh: The portion was huge and ingredients fresh and deliciously flavorful. We were given a free cheesecake for the wait which seemed above and beyond. The only thing I saw for improvement was needing to clean the tables more frequently…. I will gladly return here instead of the Cava chain up the road. Highly recommend!!

No joke, in all seriousness…. If I could get a membership to eat here every day I would that’s how much I love to eat here ! It’s sooooo good this is place is heavenly!!!! You get your moneys worth, it’s so yummy and fresh!! the employees are kind! Atmosphere is great! I’m so grateful they opened their second location here as we just moved from Dearborn heights and having one of our favorite restaurants near by has made it much easier feels like we never left ! Congratulations on the second locations and hopefully many more to come ! I know my family & friends back in Louisiana would love to see a location keep thriving

Great place to eat if you enjoy healthy eating. And reasonable priced with nice size portions. First time trying them we enjoyed. I had the chicken bowl build your own and the wife did the steak build your own.

We chose to order food from here as our workplace offered up a “bowl lunch” for the month. The food was super fresh, presented very well and had great flavor. Many options for all of us, some picky and some not so picky.
I got the BYOB, hummus as the base, quinoa and couscous, chick pea salad, Kalmata olives, feta cheese and steak as the main protein. Was very good, steak had good flavor but was just a tad dry and slightly chewy, but tasteful nonetheless.
Will definitely be giving them another try whether it be work related or personal meals.

Pretty average experience overall. I was interested in trying the keto bowl since I’m diabetic and follow a keto diet. I asked whether the lemon vinaigrette contained sugar, and the employee didn’t check—just said, “I don’t think so.” I asked for it on the side, but it was forgotten (I eventually tried it; it’s not too sweet, but had a bbq flavor). The same employee was also on their phone while preparing food. If that happened in a back kitchen, fine—but not at a front make-station in full view of customers.
The keto bowl itself tasted good, but it came topped with deep-fried pita crisps that weren’t listed as an ingredient. Definitely not something you’d expect on a keto dish since they’re high in carbs. I removed them, but despite the bowl being mostly protein and fat (with added guacamole), my blood sugar still spiked a bit—possibly from sugar added to the fatoush salad.
Overall, a disappointing visit, but probably worth a visit if you’re strict keto and you also remember to ask for it without dressing and without pita crisps. And perhaps without almonds if you don’t want an excessive amount. And make sure to ask if any of the ingredients contain sugar.

Bowl Appetite is an absolute gem. The service is friendly and efficient, with staff who make you feel genuinely welcome from the moment you walk in. Ahmad was great! The food is fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully put together; I had the steak bowl, and it was perfectly balanced with just the right kick. The atmosphere is clean, modern, and laid-back, making it a great spot whether you’re grabbing lunch solo or meeting up with friends.
