Bourbon West in Lindale is a great spot to unwind. The customer service is top-notch—friendly, attentive, and welcoming from the moment you walk in. The cheeseburger and fries were excellent, easily one of the best bar burgers around. The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting, and the pool tables are well kept, making it a fun place to hang out with friends. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!

Everything for the most part was fine except for the bartender to continue to let customers to flirt and harass my wife. My wife was clearly uncomfortable but the bartender didn’t seem to care. Needless to say we won’t be coming back there anymore. 02/15/2026

Very nice poolhall with bar inside very well maintained and great atmosphere with about fifteen of the most beautiful blue felt covered regulation size skate tables I have ever seen I was so impressed and the staff was attentive and friendly just not really that personable but a perfectly fine thing in my experience

I didn’t get to try the food or personally experience the service, but I did witness it & the girls were friendly, cheerful & on top of there duties. I was there working on putting NEW Felt on 4 diamond tables. It looks like a great place to play in a tournament plenty of room to hang out Socialize & Not bump intp or be in the way of others. Tables are Awesome Fast Level.. Hopefully be Back soon to play in one of the weekly tournaments they have up there….

I do not like writing negitave reviews by any any means, but when the service is terrible on a slow night…. it needs to be addressed. I believe i came on Jan 18th around 10 ish… slow night, only a handful of folks at the bar. I am very patient when it comes to people working in the service industry especially bartenders. After I finished my drink the older female bartender was taking other orders from other people around me and going in and out the door behind the bar. I didn’t want to seem like i’m nagging her, so I put my empty drink closer to the bar so she saw it was empty and ready for another drink, waited … waited and finally I asked for a refill. It happen 2 other times afterward. It seriously felt like she was intentionally ignoring me for whatever reason. I over heard a woman say it was her birthday. So i asked the bartender if i could buy her drink and she did. I am not good with people so when she came to approach me to thank me I denied that i bought her it. I closed out and used the customers receipt to write her a note to apologize for being awkward and polietly asked the bartender if she could give the birthday woman her drink…. she looked at me lost in the sauce and said something like ” I DONT HAVE TIME TO DO THAT ” … something close to that…. Don’t know what her issue was… but i think on a slow night that it’s not difficult to ask someone if the need a refill… pay attention to your customers…….. If the owner wants to verify this statement, they are more than welcome to review the videos.

Great place for pool, darts, hanging out…awesome place that’s getting better. They even have an APA league team to join. After talking with the owner…awesome things are to be in the near future. I’d say if ya have a bad time here, try again. I mean, it is a new spot. Give it a try and a chance.
