We had an amazing experience at Bourbon Steak Delray. We chose the Dinner Is the Show menu and WOW. We enjoyed every single plate from start to finish.
It all began with the fries (yes, the fries!),a courtesy from the house. Crispy, flavorful, and absolutely addictive. Our first course was the tuna tartare, which was incredibly fresh, soft, and full of delicious flavor—perfect as a starter.
Next was the lobster pot pie, and it was simply outstanding. Smooth, rich, and comforting, with a sauce that was truly to die for. Then came the main event: the 22oz ribeye, perfectly cooked, incredibly tender, and topped with a bourbon and rosemary sauce that made it even more delicious.
We finished with the s’mores dessert, which was the perfect cherry on top—so fun and so good. The portions were perfect for two people, and we truly enjoyed every bite. We will absolutely be back.
A special thank you to Miguel, our server, who was wonderful. He took the time to explain every dish and checked in on us often, which we really appreciated. His service made the experience even better.

After blindly researching best steak in Delray we ended up trying out Bourbon Steak. The instant we walked in we were greeted and seated with immediate waters and menus.
A crew of staff visited our table to keep drinks refreshed, wine poured and plates removed. The entire staff was friendly on each visit.
We got convinced to try the Wagyu and with a perfect rare cook we bite into each bite as it melted in our mouth. Excellent steak that moved us on to an amazing dessert.
We did our research and landed here and it lived up to expectations.

While my girlfriend and I were visiting Delray on vacation from our home in Boston, we dined with Bourbon Steak and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Our waitress, Caroline, went above and beyond our expectations to guide us in the right direction with every one of our courses. We started with the truffle bread (must get) and the wedge salad- both of which were fantastic. The bread is to die for. Both of us ordered an 8oz filet mignon, and both of the steaks were cooked to perfection. I prefer a wall-wall medium rare while my girlfriend prefers more of a hot pink center medium. If you’re particular about your meats, you’ll definitely be a fan of their menu. We also ordered sides of loaded baked potato, brussel sprouts, and broccoli. Everything was fresh and flavorful- but clean enough to where you’re not leaving the table feeling like a stick of butter… and the cheesecake presentation alone speaks for itself. Couldn’t recommend this place more- ask for Caroline and have a great experience!

Located in the Seagate Hotel. Delray is very fortunate have resturants like this! This will sit in my top 10 resturants visited! The service was some of the best I’ve had. We went for my birthday and there was a card waiting at the table with signatures from all the staff. Atmosphere was very lively and relaxing. We ordered the Seabass, highly recommend, and the Australian Waygu which melted in my mouth. The Roasted Broccoli paired very well with our main course. They bring you 3 types of flavored fries with sauce, compliments of Chef..so good! Don’t fill up before desert, I hear the Strawberry Cheesecake is a must! Highly recommend and will visit again.

Went here in August and the food was absolutely incredible. Every dish we tried was amazing, from the french fry trio to dessert. The truffle bread appetizer was breathtaking. The steaks were cooked perfectly—extremely tender with barely any fat. The mashed potatoes and mac and cheese were delicious. To top it off, before we left, they even gave us bags of popcorn, which was a very tasty treat. Highly recommend!

I apologize for not taking more photos, but I’m much better at singing the praises of Bourbon Steakhouse inside the Seagate on Atlantic Avenue in Delray. I previously visited the Bourbon Steak location inside the Dolphin Hotel at Walt Disney World (part of the Marriott group) last October and was very impressed by the cocktails alone.
Last night’s dinner, however, completely blew me away. Our meal began with a complimentary fry flight featuring the best fries I’ve ever had, paired with three delicious dipping sauces. The bread service (pictured below) was outstanding—pillowy, garlicky, and perfectly buttery.
My filet was cooked to absolute perfection, with three sauces offered on the side, including steak sauce, béarnaise, and chimichurri. The truffle mac and cheese and mashed potatoes were equally incredible. To finish the evening, our server (who was incredibly sweet and attentive) surprised us with complimentary salted chocolate bars.
Bourbon Steakhouse earns a 10/10 from me. Truly fantastic!

An amazing steakhouse with truly outstanding service. Despite being a chain, everything about the experience felt intimate and unique. From start to finish, our waiter expertly guided us through the food and wine menu, curating a memorable dining experience. Highlights included the caviar Twinkie, the must-have truffle bread, and the show-stopping lobster pot pie that’s deconstructed tableside. I would absolutely recommend this steakhouse if you’re looking for a high-quality, elevated dining experience.

We tried the bourbon steak house last night! It’s in the seagate hotel which is my favorite!! The food is amazing I love the fact they give you fries to start and you must order the bread the best I ever had!!The steak was delicious but my husband ordered this pot pie that everyone went crazy over!! However I’m a steak girl!!! You must go and ask for Kevin the waiter he is the best waiter funny and outstanding service!!!!
